For those that suffer from the affliction of dry eyes, you know that over the counter drops are merely a temporary solution, because an hour or two later the feeling of dry, scratchy, sand filled eyes comes roaring back with a vengeance! If you wake up in the middle of the night with eyes so dry, they feel like stale raisins, you need to make an appointment with Dr Cepero immediately. Dr Cepero has the patience of a saint. He won't dismiss your symptoms as exaggeration or a figment of your imagination, or just tell you to use warm compresses. Instead, he will listen carefully in order to figure out the right protocol for you to get results. By the way, they say you can judge a man by the way he treats his parents. Upon arriving, you see the clear indications of mandatory face masks and you're automatically greeted by Marbelly. She is so polite! I was seen rather quickly, considering the amount of staff is being limited to one receptionist and one optometrist. For my first visit, I was seen by Linnett Molina and the second by Tharanie Amarawardana. Both very professional and thorough. If you make an appointment in advance, chances are you will be seen at that specific time which is always appreciated by patients. The neighborhood isn't the best but the office is impeccable.
