I recommend ABC . Tianna , and the rest of the staff worked with me until we found what I wanted. Mention Brenda Brink when you stop in.

This dealership actually cares and demonstrated this on levels that I will honestly never forget!!! Nothing makes a woman more nervous than buying a car (especially those of us who know next to nothing about cars), and when I fell in love with an SUV at this dealership, I was cautious and nervous. Bricil put me at ease and guided me through the process with so much kindness and sincerity, I feel like I made a new friend! I felt very secure in my trade-in, a very fair exchange price was offered and the team made sure to get me in the road quickly and in my dream car. But where Serpentini earns my loyalty, and should earn your business, was what transpired after. Without getting into specifics, an issue did arise that any other dealership would have shrugged off or dismissed. John, a manager within the sales department, rose to the occasion. His dedication to my safety and my concerns was unparalleled; honestly I'm still in utter disbelief at how well I was taken care of, what lengths he went for my needs as a customer, and wish I could do more than this review. Please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from Serpentini if you want absolute peace of mind. This car is everything I have ever wanted, and I may have found it at another dealership, but what I would not have found was this incredible dedication to customer satisfaction. You won't, either. Go to Serpentini, look nowhere else, you will NOT regret it!

While the salesperson was professional and easy to work with, the experience after the sale has been disappointing. Within days of purchase, the vehicle developed brake issues. We contacted the dealership and were initially told the brakes had already been inspected and there was nothing wrong. After pushing the issue, the dealership finally inspected the vehicle and determined it DID need brakes, which were replaced at no charge. That directly contradicted what we were originally told about the inspection prior to sale. Shortly afterward, the check engine light came on. Communication became inconsistent, callbacks did not happen as promised, and it became easier dealing directly with the service department. The first appointment for the check engine light was canceled because the light turned off before the visit, and we were told to call back if it returned. It did return. A free detail appointment was already scheduled for Monday, May 11 at 8:00 AM after winning a dealership promotion. We drove 45 minutes to the dealership and arrived on time, only to be told after arrival that the detail would take the entire day. That had never been communicated beforehand. More importantly, despite the vehicle being purchased less than 30 days ago and the check engine light issue already being documented with the dealership, we were told there would be a charge just to diagnose the problem. At that point, we left without the detail because the situation had become unacceptable. A vehicle purchased less than 30 days ago should not already require brake work, repeated calls regarding a check engine light, and a charge to inspect a recurring issue that was reported almost immediately after purchase. We are asking management to review this situation and address it appropriately. Based on this experience, this is not currently a dealership we could recommend to others.

I was helped by Ashley, and I highly recommend her to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. Even though my appointment to view a car was at 7:30pm (half an hour before closing time!), I was warmly greeted, and at no point in time did I feel rushed, even though she had to stay at work longer because of me. I really appreciated Ashley's honesty when she didn't know an answer to a question. Love a person who can admit when they don't know something and then go find the person/resource with the knowledge! She made sure to get me the info I needed. Also, when I messaged her the day after my purchase because I noticed something that I had missed when initially viewing the car, she responded very swiftly and got me set up with service right away! Shoutout to her manager, Mark, John from Warranty, and David from Finance as well, who all helped make the purchasing process go smoothly~ Satisfied with my new car, and the service that I received!

BEWARE READ LOW STARS FIRST.!!! 0 stars:…read moreI had an extremely negative and frankly alarming experience with North Coast Mitsubishi. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership DO NOT DO IT or proceed with extreme caution. On October 22, 2025, I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango Citadel from this dealership. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically reviewed the Carfax report with salesperson Malik Jenkins. The report noted prior damage, and I explicitly asked for more details. I was told there were no photos available and was assured, clearly and directly that the damage was minor and limited to the front bumper, purely cosmetic, and that the vehicle had been fully inspected. Within days of taking possession, the vehicle began making loud, unusual noises. Concerned, I eventually brought it to a certified Dodge dealership for inspection. What they found was shocking: structural damage to the front crossmember, a critical part of the vehicle's subframe. This is not cosmetic damage, it is a serious safety issue. The component showed clear signs of prior impact and attempted repair and required full replacement. Let me be absolutely clear: structural/subframe damage is not "minor bumper damage." It directly affects the safety, integrity, and value of the vehicle. Had I been told the truth, I would never have purchased this vehicle under any circumstances. The dealership is now claiming that I "understood there was prior structural damage." That is completely false. At no point was structural damage disclosed. Instead, the damage was minimized and misrepresented. A signature on paperwork does not equal informed consent when material facts are misrepresented or withheld. This situation leaves only two possibilities: * The dealership knew about the structural damage and failed to disclose it, or * They failed to properly inspect the vehicle despite claiming that it had been inspected and was safe Either scenario is UNACCEPTABLE. I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with emails, phone calls, and even certified mail to management, but received no meaningful response or accountability. As a result of this experience, I am now dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs, diminished vehicle value, and the stress of having unknowingly driven an unsafe vehicle. This was not just poor customer service, this was deceptive and underhanded business conduct. Misrepresenting a vehicle's condition, especially when it involves structural safety issues, is completely unacceptable. They're claiming that because I initialed paperwork stating there was no damage, I'm now responsible for serious issues that didn't even present themselves until days later; despite being told the vehicle was in good condition. An underhanded position that ignores the reality that no reasonable buyer would seek an inspection when the car appeared to run perfectly and was represented as sound. I would not trust this dealership to be transparent or honest about the condition of any vehicle they sell. BUYERS BEWARE! They also have a lot of complaints on AG site, I wish I had looked at that first. Pics show how I was driving and then claiming they did an inspection DON'T FALL FOR OUT TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU BECAUSE THEY'LL JUST TELL YOU THAT YOU SIGNED/INITIALED AT PURCHASING. I WILL continue to update this post so potential buyers can beware

For me to choose to buy from Lambert is indicative of my trust that I will get great service and get a fair deal. It took two non-pressured visits to Lambert to complete my purchase. I worked with the Sales Manager, Bryan Steinlechtner after I researched my potential purchase and drove the vehicle. I felt comfortable and never felt pressure. Using various sources on the internet, I determined Lambert had the best vehicle at the best price. I worked with James Orlando in Finance to secure financing at a rate lower than I expected and a warranty that I requested. Totally transparent. Again no pressure. John Sdono, my seal person, helped to get the car ready and assure that I was satisfied with it's cleanliness and condition. Perfect experience start to finish. It was showing late on the GM website. The finance guy at Lambert said they needed to get funded for the $18,000 payoff. Huh? It takes a week for a multi million dollar company to get 18,000?They had no trouble getting me credit in 5 minutes for $45,000 and cashing my check for $5,000 and it cleared electronically the next day. WTF Not done yet. I was told my loan was through GM just like the last one. He did tell me he got me a better rate but I thought it was from my credit score being high. Oh no,, it was through a bank I never heard of. I just found that out today by mail. Again, WTF? Thought I asked all the right questions. Only the salesman has called me back but what can he do? Be very aware before you drive away!

When the dealership contacted me, I made it explicitly clear that I would only proceed if the trade-in value matched the original offer. I was assured multiple times via text that the number was fair and could be honored, pending inspection of the vehicle. That condition was completely reasonable. I arrived at the dealership fully prepared to complete the transaction at the agreed-upon value. The vehicle was accurately represented in my trade description and passed inspection as described. Despite this, the dealership significantly lowered the offer once I was on-site. I was told that online estimators sometimes struggle to reflect true market value, and I was shown Kelley Blue Book figures as justification. If the dealership had concerns about honoring the initial offer, that should have been communicated before I made the trip -- not after I arrived expecting the agreed-upon number. This experience reflects a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Transparency and integrity are fundamental in business, especially when customers make decisions based on written confirmations. Had the dealership been upfront from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided. I encourage future customers to get firm, written confirmation of all numbers and to approach trade-in negotiations here with caution. This type of practice is disappointing and unacceptable in today's marketplace.

My Marhofer experience started with their Service department when I brought in my 2017 Volt LT (purchased from a used lot back in 2020) for routine service and software updates. Everyone was friendly and there was no upselling pressure for services I didn't need or ask for--a big relief. Fast forward a year and a half later when I decided I wanted to purchase a low-mileage Bolt EUV Premier I spotted on their website. I again felt no heavy pressure to buy from Brysyn, the young sales rep I worked with. The price on the vehicle was a no-haggle price, but it was fair, based on what I had seen elsewhere. The vehicle did have a chip in the windshield that happened in transit, but they replaced it. The car was perfect! Next came the Finance Department and I couldn't have been more pleased working with Holly, their finance manager. She was super! I was happy with the rate I got and the fact that she got it with my bank. She's smart, witty, and very thorough. My wife and son have both purchased cars from other Marhofer dealerships in the area and they were comfortable with their experiences. Still enjoying my nearly-new vehicle and have not been pressured to buy anything since I brought it home.

In my experience, this store operates like a typical high-volume, rigid "no-haggle" operation, where that policy seems to be used as a shield to avoid meeting even the most basic customer expectations. What stood out immediately was the lack of disclosure and the unwillingness to address obvious issues. The Ridgeline I test-drove had a broken center console lid. Something that should have been caught during inspection or reconditioning. This was never mentioned upfront. When I asked about it, I was told it was being sold strictly "as is" and would not be repaired. I was later told Honda might fix it under warranty, but the dealership still refused to have it taken in before the sale. I was expected to purchase the truck first and handle the repair myself. I also looked at a Tacoma on their lot and immediately noticed molding sticking out along the body. Again, no disclosure. These are issues visible within seconds, yet they were only addressed after I pointed them out. When I spoke with the sales manager about pricing, the experience was equally rigid. There was no willingness to discuss the out-the-door number in a meaningful way, even with visible defects present. The store also attempted to include a $600 "clear-coat finish" add-on that I did not want, and removing it required additional back-and-forth that shouldn't have been necessary. To be clear, my salesperson was polite and not the problem. The issue is the dealership's overall approach: lack of transparency, refusal to address basic repairs, an inflexible pricing structure, and add-ons that don't add value for the buyer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Customers deserve open communication, proper vehicle inspection, and a fair pricing process, none of which matched what I encountered here.
