Among the specials are Birria nachos, Birria quesadilla, Birria pizza and Birria burrito. I got to the Birria nachos recently and was quite impressed with the quality and large size. For $14.95, we got a humongous portion of crisp tortilla chips piled with pico de gallo, jalapeño, cilantro, and tender Birria drizzled with lots of queso and lime cilantro creams. Off to the side was a generous side of guacamole. It was more than enough for sharing. It was loaded, cheesy, crunchy and packed with flavor. It was absolutecomfort food/happy hour perfection. Brews Hall is always a hit and happy to be able to partake in their delicious month of birria celebration!
