Best Belgian beer by far!!!
G. G.

Great customer service y a wide selection of craft beers... Its not the kinda' store you've expected, it's like a small specialty mom-and-pop BevMo's --B4 that was a thing :-)) So, don't go in there thinkin' and gettin' it twisted 4A second that its a 7/11 store, --'cuz it's not...you may/or may not ģet some funny looks... -:》 So please do your self a solid B4 go in the paint, you'll be pleasantly surprised, trust me, hard to find well crafted beers and fine wines items...

They're delicious and full of flavor. Add that to their amazing staff who knows everything there is to know about beers and you can't go wrong. They also have a newly opened location in Echo Park and another location in Anaheim if you can't get to this one. If you haven't tried this place, you have to! It's my favorite local brewery and I'm sure it'll be yours too. Don't forget to grab some beers to take home. Come one, come all! Cheers!

I do wish they had a rewards program, I didn't see one anywhere advertised. The service was cool and helpful, they earned their tip. The price is high. If the food truck didn't have vegan options I'd give it 3 stars, especially because both times I was here I felt like I was breathing in propane. Still a cool place! I would most likely come here for to go beer but it's expensive.

We were able to sit on the patio and people watch as we enjoyed our food. We got 3 items: the sausage platter, the ceviche and we shared the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The sausage platter featured 3 different sausages and came with some delicious Dijon mustard and our favorite some pickled radish. We enjoy most pickled, sauerkraut, kimchee and coleslaw style cold side dishes. The ceviche was decent, but what especially stood out was the bread chips that came with the Ceviche to scoop the ceviche with. Finally, the Philly cheesesteak stole the show. It featured cheese meat and onions, but what was especially delicious was the bread. It was soft and lightly toasted. Later I learned they add a garlic aioli sauce that really brings this sandwich to light. They do have a sign outside that says "best breakfast burrito in Redondo beach" outside and you can only get this burrito on the weekends from 10a-Noon. We had to test this out so we waiting til the weekend to try and got the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito. The burrito was good, but I wouldn't say it's the best in Redondo beach. The highlights I've come to learn are the garlic aioli sauce that is featured in the Philly and the breakfast sandwich. Very impressive. We will be back to try their lunch specials throughout the week.

On a hot August night (Neil Diamond fans, you know the reference), my wife and I met another couple…read morein Riviera Village, and The Craftsman was the destination of choice. Apparently, everyone else in the South Bay had the same idea because the place was absolutely humming. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, just be patient. Fortunately, we had reservations and were quickly seated in a roomy table tucked away in the back corner. It turned out to be prime real estate: enough privacy for conversation, but still a great vantage point to take in the entire restaurant. The patio out front might be even better, though, if you're into people-watching. Catalina Avenue on a Friday night offers no shortage of entertainment. But for our group, this table was perfect. The interior has a warm, industrial feel, exposed brick, dark wood, metal accents, garage-style doors, and televisions scattered throughout. Oddly, the Dodgers game wasn't on. Maybe they don't get SportsNet LA. I never bothered to ask because the conversation at our table was far more enjoyable. Let's address the elephant in the room: Friday-night service. The place was packed, and our server was clearly running a marathon. He's usually stationed behind the bar, sports a sleeve of tattoos, looks super fit, and carries a permanent smile. He worked hard all evening, but there were some significant stretches where my Ikasu Ikasu West Coast IPA ($11) sat empty with no rescue in sight. A man can only stare sadly at an empty pint glass for so long. We started with the poutine fries, crispy fries loaded with gravy, skirt steak, mornay sauce, Gruyère, and green onions. They were outstanding and disappeared so quickly that I remembered to take a photo only after the massacre had already occurred, see my picture, LOL. Our server redeemed himself with his entrée recommendation: The Philly. Thinly sliced ribeye, grilled onions, sweet and hot peppers, house sauce, all piled into a sesame roll. It was fantastic, messy, savory, and exactly what you want from a cheesesteak. My wife paired a Harmonia Mango Wheat ($11) with the Blue Cheese Avocado Burger ($20), a hefty seven-ounce burger topped with melted blue cheese, grilled onions, avocado, applewood bacon, and arugula. She was a happy camper. Our friends split the same burger and also ordered the hummus appetizer, adding filet mignon on top. Excellent call, I snuck a few bites! To their credit, at the end of the evening our server came back to the table, apologized for the pacing, and made amends with a complimentary Crafted Cookie: a warm chocolate-chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. At the end of the day, restaurants are about more than perfect timing and topped-off beers. They're about sharing stories, laughing with friends, and breaking bread with people you enjoy being around. The service had its ups and downs, but the food was solid, the atmosphere lively, and Riviera Village on a summer Friday night is hard to beat.

The staff was incredibly welcoming (Especially Matt) , knowledgeable, and more than happy to offer recommendations based on what we usually like. On top of that, the food is way beyond your standard greasy pub grub--everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the drinks. My family and I have come to this brewery many times to celebrate birthdays and special occasions…read more Unfortunately, over the past couple visits, I've noticed the customer service has steadily declined. It feels like the staff is more concerned with getting out exactly at closing time than making guests feel welcomed and valued. Our last visit on 06/25/2026 was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had here. We were celebrating my stepdaughter's birthday with a large group. As closing time approached, one of our family members still had a nearly full beer. Without any warning or politely letting us know it was time to finish up, a tall white male employee (who refused to provide his name when asked) simply walked up and took the beer off the table. What made it even more frustrating was that there were other tables around us with guests who also had drinks, yet our party was the only one singled out. To make matters worse, we had brought a birthday cake to celebrate. We politely asked another short female employee for a few plastic plates and utensils so we could cut the cake before leaving. We were told no because they were closing. This has never been an issue during our previous birthday celebrations here. These were disposable plastic plates and utensils that would have gone straight into the trash, so refusing such a simple request came across as pure unwillingness to provide basic customer service. I spent 10 years working in the food and hospitality industry before starting my current career, so I understand exactly what closing a restaurant or brewery entails. I know employees want to leave on time, but I also know that providing good customer service until the last guest leaves is part of the job. If customers need to wrap things up, there is a respectful way to communicate that. You don't take someone's drink without warning, and you don't refuse a simple request that would have taken less than a minute. Everyone in our party left upset and disappointed. It was honestly embarrassing to watch employees treat loyal customers this way. This brewery used to be our go-to place for birthdays, but after this experience, we will not be returning. I rarely write negative reviews because I understand everyone has bad days. However, this experience was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses the lack of hospitality and provides better customer service training, because the employees working that evening did not represent the level of service that keeps loyal customers coming back. Both the female worker with tattoos and piercings and the tall male were extremely rude when confronted. If you choose to visit, just be aware that if you're there close to closing time, your experience may depend more on how quickly the staff wants to leave than on making you feel like a valued guest.

The service tends to feel pretty rushed. It's friendly but there's not much of a local welcoming vibe, at least not in the many times that I've been here. There was gross chewed gum at my daughter's seat, stuck to the table, that I cleaned. (blech!) We usually come here with groups of 8 or more. It used to be a place that I was excited to get a group to go to. It's spacious, so it's fairly easy to bring a group. Multiple menus means most everyone can find something to eat. It used to feel like you got more for your money but maybe I'm just being nostalgic there. Today was not a great day for service. We had a friend that called ahead to check if they were going to show the Dodger game. Yes, the Dodgers won their division, but they are still in the hunt to gain home field advantage and the first round bye. Management assured her that they would show it. We showed up with a group of about 12 people to watch. We changed tables, moving inside to watch both the Denver Broncos game and the Dodger game, because you know the reason to go to a sports bar is to view multiple games. In the 4th inning, just as I was about to order another round of food and beer, they completely turned the Dodgers game off so that they could put the Seahawks game on multiple TVs, no Dodgers at all. Apparently there was no ability to put the Dodgers on one and the Seahawks on another. Lame given the previous discussions to get us there. We left, all of us. I don't know that we will ever come back. There are enough other venues that are great for groups, that while busier, provide a far better experience.
