I've written a review about a year ago and I've decided it was time to do another. I had a very important print job that was sent to ABC around 4:45PM. It needed to be completed the same day and get sent to another location via Fed Ex. The ABC print team delivered! Stressed over making sure that the product was printed correctly and delivered on time was evident. Working with Carrie Vicente, the New York Shop Manager on 37th St. helped to relieve that stress level. Working with us for many years she takes to time to understand our needs and will ask questions. She is always polite and has a way of assuring us that the job will get done right. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received at this store. The first time when the staff printed my 424-page coop board application, the majority of the pages came out blank. The staff realized it right away when they put them into a binder and quickly reprinted it and told me the issue was fixed. I trusted them and didn't check every single page of the document. It turned out to be a costly mistake. After I submitted the document in the binder to the coop board on behalf of my client, the board rejected the application because they found out many pages in the document were just blank. This is a very disappointing and costly experience with ABC imaging. I've provided my feedback via email last month but so far I have received no response. read more

Really excellent print quality on nice paper for my small booklet. Good communication throughout the proofing and printing process.

I've spent the last two weeks printing two large projects with ABC printing on 37th Street. The print quality is good and the price is great, but the BIG problem here is the customer service and color accuracy. The color consistency and lack of communication with their staff has been the major problem in the last two print projects. Ended up going to a different print shop today that was more expensive but had much better communication and customer service. I'd rather pay more and have better end result. read more

Just finished a big project with ABC imaging. The print quality was mostly good but customer service was terrible. It was clear from the beginning that the staff in the back were fully qualified, but the staff running the front desk had no idea what they were doing. This inexperience led to many issues with color inconsistencies for both large scale prints and also small scale prints. Huge waste of time. read more

Very surprised to see the bad reviews on ABC Imaging. my experience was no less than perfect and beyond expectations! it is so rare to be able to say these words, in any field or category. i needed a very urgent job rushed, more than rushed even, and was willing to pay above and beyond extra for the rush. late sunday night, i googled 3d printing services, and emailed the first 5 results what i was looking for. not only was Zaman, from ABC Imaging the first person to call, not email me back, he was very knowledgeable and transparent about the job and even did some corrections to my CAD, so that the job would not have any issues. he got on my job asap, and was very communicative throughout the process, thru completion. 3 of the other companies emailed back eventually, and were completely unhelpful and unflexable on the 4-5 day turnaround. Zaman printed my job overnight, and with no extra charge. he easily could have asked for much more. despite the great and super fast service, when i told him to charge me extra, for the rush service and the great help, he thanked me and said, that it was no problem and he was happy to help and charge their normal rate, which i admit was very reasonable. the quality of the prints were perfect. i am looking forward to having another project(s) to give to him. i will also highly recommend to my friends and colleagues. read more

Made an appointment to meet with a designer about a national campaign rollout. I arrived a few min early to meet with Rodger- I was asked to have a seat. I waited and waited - I sat there and sat - no one came to talk to me so I left. I'm taking my project to Sign Expo on 11th ave. read more

DO NOT sign up with this company for printing services. They will provide you with a system that not only will TOP management be unable to explain how they are charging you for printing services but they will then "gas light" every email, phone call, meeting, conference call, request for clarification - management is manipulative, condescending and rude. There is so much wrong with the service they provide there is NOT enough room on the page to list all the details. I hope and pray one day - they cross the wrong client with deep pockets and a strong legal team that exploits and uncovers their corrupt ways. I cannot wait for that day. KARMA read more

worked with them for 4 years. in the beginning they were very efficient, cheap and overall did great work. somewhere in the first year, i started getting all these incorrect invoices. This invoice/acctng issue is now 4 years old and I think I might even be able to send it to college with all the money and time I am throwing at it. They bill you incorrectly, you tell them once twice and it seems to go in one ear and out another. The customer service is...random. The front people who will take care of your order are generally pleasant and understanding. Management and headquarters however are so disconnected from their customers. There is no continuity with handling the accounts. They once sent me a salesperson who made all these grandiose promises, saying "ILL TAKE CARE OF IT!". He barely did and he was sort of the epitome of the "salesman" character. Its not a compliment. The work is satisfactory but its just the policies, their accounting and everything else that is frustrating. read more
