I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.

Arturo gave us a great walkthrough of all the RV's features and really set us up for success. When you're talking with these guys, you know that they really care about you having a fantastic and easy time on your adventures. The RV was fully stocked with everything we could have needed - linens, coffee machine, kitchen gear, cleaning supplies, the works! I definitely did not need to pack so much, because it was clear that they had already thought of everything their clients might need. The RV was pristinely clean and didn't have a single technical issue. And the fact that they take Sunday dropoffs was a lifesaver! This was the first time we'd ever rented an RV, and the whole experience was so smooth and comfortable that I can't wait for another excuse to go on an RV trip. I did a lot of research on private rental companies vs. owner rentals. I really liked how luxurious the interiors were and how they offered delivery and pick up. It was more pricey but I wanted to be comfortable. I decided to give Road shark a try and it worked out beautifully. *One thing I did not know is how much additional rental insurance etc. you had to tack on with the rental. Besides that, the amenities were suitable for my family of four and my two fur boys. I checked in with Brett prior to delivery date to get some of my questions answered. He personally delivered the RV and gave us a run down of all the amenities and how to operate everything. I appreciated the accuracy of the yelp photos of the interiors. So many times you rent and find out when you arrive, the pictures were very outdated and what you get paid is not what you get. Not in this case. I paid for Wifi connection but they did not bring an ipad for connectivity. Brett apologized and said he would comp us for the Wifi charge. He told us we could just use our phone's hotspot and connect. It worked out nicely, and we had Wifi at the campgrounds. We were comped for it. Brett made sure we understood all instructions before he hailed an uber back to LA. Since it was out first time RV-ing, we went to KOA in San Diego to reduce anxiety. the drive was smooth up to 65 miles per hour. When we exceeded the recommended speed, things would start rattling and shaking. We quickly understood why we had to adhere to the speed recommended to drive. Other than that, my kids were very happy sitting in the back enjoying their onboard entertainment. When we arrived at the campgrounds, went pulled into our spot with full hookups. We took note the black water port did not have an adapter so we could not hook it up full time to empty. I texted Brett and he said we could either purchase a kit that would be reimburses or not empty it (and we would not get charged since no adapter). We later figured out a way how to manually empty as needed. Everything else worked well. I was extremely surprised at how well the convection oven/microwave worked for the kids chicken nuggets and corn dogs. Even though all the kitchenware was included in the RV, we still brought our own pans and disposable dishware. The beds were clean, freshly laundered sheets smelled great but did not fit the beds well (probably a common issue). It only comes with 3 sets of sheets and towels. Only two pillows which I also asked Brett about. He said we could purchase some and they will comp us for the cost. We survived without it. We took a shower the first night on the RV but then decided to transition to the showers in the building due to space. The onboard water temp and pressure was great. I did not have to worry about running out of hot water. The toilet flush pressure was also ideal to combat my husbands bathroom trips. No issues with the kitchen sink or any other appliances. The fridge was a perfect size for all our meats and frozen desserts. The car shades in front and the shades for the interior created a perfect environment for sleep. We really enjoy the outside LED light awnings. We utilized the camp ground picnic table and internet to eat dinners and watch movies around the campfire. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Brett had great communication throughout the trip and the last day as we came home. I let him know we were heading back and he let us know when he would be coming over to provide pick up. We got home, he came to pick up the RV, and he was on his way back to LA. About a week later I received the email about the $1,500 deposit scheduled for refund on our account, and he swapped the pick up delivery/fee with the Wifi charge. I highly recommend renting with RoadShark RV. We had a great newbie glamping experience. The price of a comfortable and newer interior rental made all the difference for me and my family. The rv was clean, and ran like a champ. The AC was strong all weekend and helped us during the 100 degree heat. It had everything you would need for a festival weekend: from pots and pans, full gas and LP tanks, chairs, rugs, and even came with two tv's and bluetooth sound system through out the rv inside and out. The streaming ran off my cellphone hotspot and had great service all weekend (thanks Verizon). Another bonus was Nika was at the festival so if you needed help with anything she was there for you. Talk about concierge service!

The listing for this RV stated it came with an e-bike and Starlink. My rental agreement confirmed both. One week before pickup, I received a text from Oscar saying the e-bike and Starlink were actually add-ons, and that he needed to check availability. I responded by email pointing out that both were included in my signed rental agreement and that I expected either both items to be available or a price adjustment. No response. Oscar was not present when we arrived, and Dorian told me there was nothing he could do or he would get in trouble. He refused to call anyone or escalate the issue. I needed the RV, so I had no choice but to accept it. See the attached rental agreement. We specifically rent the Mercedes-Benz version because we are familiar with it, and a key reason is its self-leveling stabilization system, which minimizes rocking. We were not informed until we showed up that this feature had been disabled. Dorian claimed customers damage it. I paid a premium for this model specifically for that feature, and it was disabled without any prior notice. For a 2024 model, this RV is in rough shape. Everything functioned and it was reasonably clean, but the interior has clearly been neglected. Among other issues, the original shower slider was replaced with a cheap curtain rod rather than being properly repaired. See attached photos. Do not be fooled by how friendly and responsive they are during the booking process. This company falsely advertises its vehicles and will not honor its own rental agreements, even when you have everything in writing.

So we booked our first rental, *Albie*, for a quick weekend trip to San Mateo (May 16-18). Bill gave me a quick, no-nonsense rundown of the van's operation. His confidence in the simplicity of the vehicle and in me as a driver was refreshing. His attitude was basically: "You'll have a blast--go enjoy it!" And we did. Albie, a 70s VW van with a smooth 4-speed manual, drove like a charm. Yes, it had that classic steering play like you'd expect from an old-school vehicle, but it was part of the fun and easy to adjust to. At the campground, everything worked as expected--no issues or surprises. The van was fully stocked with essentials: cookware, a flashlight, dish soap, and more. We brought our own since we're local, but it was great to know it was all there without any nickel-and-diming. Bill even added a bike rack for us for a small, totally reasonable fee. The stovetop heated up surprisingly fast and allowed us cook and boil water within minutes. The refrigerator and the freezer was very generously sized and we were able to fit a lot of food and drinks in there. * Both the front and back seats were very comfortable when on the road. We were able to configure and move the back seats to give us more space, and swiveling the front seats allowed us to face each other and spend time with each other. * We loved the sound system. There was absolutely no road noise coming into the vehicle, and we were able to enjoy crystal clear sounds, which makes for much more road tripping driving experience. * The vehicle is incredibly insulated, and although it was chilly at night, we found that we didn't even have to turn the heater on. * There is a tent on the top of the vehicle, and it takes seconds to put up and dismantle. * There is a small hose attachment in the back that allowed us to rinse off in the evenings. * There are ample lighting options, both inside the vehicle and outside of the vehicle. We loved the memories we made on this trip- playing cards, making chili spaghetti and hot dogs for meals, star gazing, enjoying the sound system, and just unplugging and spending quality time with the family. altCamp gave our family a great experience and we can't wait to get back on the road again soon with one of their vehicles.

You just walk across the airport from baggage claim or take the elevator from arrivals on 3rd. No shuttles to take, no wait, no hassle. No wasted time. Unlike most Nationals, you need to check in with the staff to pick out a car and you don't get to choose within your status. They will tell you what they have available. Most likely this is due to the lack of space... But it's not a big deal bc it's a small and efficient airport (John Wayne SNA airport) so there's really no wait. Cars were very clean and the parking lot is the most organized and efficient I have ever seen in a parking lot for rental cars. There are numbered spots for cars so you find the exact car you have. And there are pedestrian walkway strips colored yellow to keep people safe and to let drivers know where they shouldn't drive.
