The guy turned to me, hatefully and said "it's gonna cost you $200, you got it?" I told him not to worry it would be taken care of and it was. When I got a copy of the bill, they charged me $271.20. Meanwhile a friend of mine had a wreck in the same town but about a 1/2 a mile further and after hours and his vehicle was taken to the same place my moms was and he was charged right at the same as I was. These people take advantage of women for sure! I would not recommend them to NO ONE! The guy was very unprofessional on the scene!

So now, even the most willfully stubborn owner around is bound know that $250 for a simple, quick, and *nearby* drop fee is the moral/ethical equivalent of charging $25 for a gallon of water after a hurricane: It's wrong, and also, it's against the law. (Pointless stories of "drunk-sorority-girl-runs-out-of-gas-while-out-in-the-woods-near-SFA" aside.) Within 8,000 miles of purchasing a $25k 2018 GMC Sierra with 90k miles my truck has already costed…read moreme $10k in total repairs. I let them know I was looking for a reliable truck to tow my horse trailer. After test driving the truck I requested the alignment and "Service Tire Monitoring System" warning light be fixed. They did. 2 days after getting the truck it is NOT DRIVABLE with power steering locking up on the road! Sent it to GMC and they explained that the otter tire rod was left loose, amongst other things, which is seriously dangerous and can cause a crash! JO Williams agreed to cover the cost and put me in a lender until my truck was fixed. The lender was old, unclean inside, shaky, service light on, and had a massive crack across the window shield. Only 8k miles after purchasing truck, the FIRST TIME towing my horse trailer on a trip (3 hours) and far below tow capacity it breaks down on the side of a busy highway in Houston requiring a $1300 tow home. Absolute nightmare carrying livestock. They found engine related issues requiring $1000 in repairs. 100 miles later I pull trailer to see if problem was fixed. Broke down again! Will be 7k for a new transmission this time! I did not purchase warranty but that does excuse the fact this is the vehicle/ experience I got when purchasing here. This has never been a reliable vehicle. Sorry I have to be transparent if it can help even one person not go through what I have.
