They just came out for me and spent 4 hours on a one hour job and charged me $800.00 which wasn't worth it because he left and stayed gone for hours just to ring up my bill to make money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them . This is bad for business being that I'm a trucker I'm going to let all my trucker friends know what just happened to me.

My insurance company contracted them to pick up and tow my car back to a repair shop in Lewisville. After accepting the dispatch, the owner decided that he could not complete the job because of the distance unless he received the towing fees upfront and in advance. Held my car for 10 days, charging storage fees for every day. Promised to deliver car and then didn't get it there until the next day. Hung up on the insurance rep when she called to find out why the car had not been delivered.

Turns out that the 2 tow services we waited for, from insurance, didn't even have the equipment to tow our trailer. I called every number I could find for tow service and finally found these upstanding citizens. From the time I called them to the time of being picked up, in the middle of two towns in Texas, was only an hour. The tow driver was so nice and helpful. He towed us to their yard and they were able to do the work for us first thing in the morning. Their price was very fair and everyone in the shop was beyond nice. I pray I never have to see them again, but if I do, I'll be happy about it.

He tried other things before having to tow my car. He also helped me find a decent mechanic shop to tow the car to be fixed. Aria the Rep eventually was able to get ahold of Alan who is not a tow, but only does tire changes. Aria (Allstate) rep stated that although Alan isn't a tow but tstated that he would come out and see if there was anything he could do at all. Alan changed one spare tire and double plugged the other ... Let stand abt 30 minutes and then trailed me a bit to get to the closet tire shop. Alan got out of his bed in Tyler, Tx at 5am for the flat rate my insurance covers. Aria asked if he would like to be paid for both tires he declined and said I'm going to go out regardless just to see if I can help. Alan is the EPITOME of AGAPE love ....
