I was thrilled - the repair person came the same day, repaired the fridge and it was reasonably priced. I will use ABC every time.

My Samsung washer went down. After several repeated and frustrating calls to Samsung, as well as…read morewasting days with their unresponsive contractors, I eventually reached out to ARS. ARS was " Johnny on the spot". Customer service was great, they scheduled a tech right away. When the tech (Arsen) arrived I knew this guy knew his stuff. He answered all my questions, and was able to trouble shoot the problem with precise skill. After the part arrived, Arsen was back immediately to install the part and get the washer back up and running as promised, without any BS. What a true professional. IF you have any appliance issues, ARS is the way to go.

This company is the worst! I would highly recommend using anyone else! They tell you there's a $75…read morediagnostic service fee which is fine and seems standard and it is applied to any work you have them do, what I was not told until they showed up is that they have a flat fee for any fixes that starts at $270. So basically I was already on the hook for the diagnostic and I could either have that deducted from the $270 or pay them the diagnostic and go hire someone else again to diagnose and fix the issue. In my case there was some excess lint in the machine that fit on a paper towel.. it took less than 10 minutes. So I spent $270 to have some lint removed which felt like a rip off but I thought oh well at least it's fixed. Then they said only cash or check, I wanted to use a card so annoying but whatever, I wrote them a check and about a month later they said it didn't go through, I reached out to my bank, no reason it wouldn't go through, but now I have a bill and an extra $35 returned check fee. On top of all this they called me excessively asking for me to post a review, I would assume most reviews are due to that not because people are blown away by the service and feel compelled to share but more so because they don't leave you alone about it.

Not sure why the hate here, I think it may be misplaced. You are going to a used appliance store,…read morein a basement, underneath an adult store. You *will* walk out with a quality, warrantied product, with upfront pricing and a delivery option. You *do* need to set your expectations, do your homework on relative pricing, and be cool with a culture of haggling on price. It's fun! I do wish the pricing was on the models though, when I'm juggling research on 5-6 models it gets annoying. I've bought here three times, and see two types: Landlords/property developers who know what they want, and the value of what they're buying. They know the owner and the employees and have a good time chatting. The other group is coming in with something for their home, and complain about the scuffs or imperfections. They also haven't done their homework on the relative value, and appear insulted when prices are brought up. My first washer unit didn't arrive clean as Tony said it would, and I gave him a hard time about it. He apologized and made a big deal about cleaning the next ones I purchased. On delivery: They contract with several local firms, so while I believe they should be ultimately responsible, I hope to shed some light on the inconsistency. A couple of them had done deliveries in SF in crazy stairwells, and knew all the tricks. Another guy.....needed help. I called SUA and gave feedback about both. And pssst.....where do these units all come from? Everytime someone buys new and Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy etc offer to take it away for free.......they go to places like this.

I needed a washer that doesn't have a computer that will break frequently like my newer one did…read more He was great--showed me several and I was able to get a very clean machine for $270! It was delivered and working well. Keeping their name and number for when another appliance breaks down.
