My Viking stove completely stopped working after more than 20 years, so I scheduled next day service. Rick texted before arriving, showed up right on time, and came fully prepared. He even put on shoe covers without me asking, which I really appreciated. He replaced the ignition in about 45 minutes and explained everything clearly, including the one year warranty on parts and labor. The whole experience felt easy, respectful, and professional from start to finish. Honestly, great service, I'd definitely recommend Sub Zero & Viking Service read more

I had issues with my Viking ice maker and spark module on my stove, so I scheduled a service. Rick came out the very next day, called ahead, and arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly figured out both problems, explained everything in a simple way, and fixed it all efficiently. He even helped level my stove so it sits properly now, which I really appreciated. My ice maker was working again within the hour. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience with great service and communication. I'll differently be calling Sub-Zero & Viking Tech again. Highly recommend! read more

Very professional. I recommend it. Setting up was easy, showed up in time and repaired items / maintenance within a reasonable price.

NeededViking oven repair in Bellevue and found Sub Zero & Viking Service on Yelp. Glad I did. Rick showed up exactly when promised, called ahead with his ETA, and was super respectful coming into the house. Turned out the bake igniter on our gas range had failed. He diagnosed it quickly and replaced the part during the same visit. Oven working again like nothing happened. If you're in Bellevue and need appliance repair, gas range repair, or oven repair, these guys are definitely worth calling. read more

I've used Sub-Zero & Viking Service twice - once two years ago and again this week for different issues with my Sub-Zero fridge. Both times they diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it the same day. Before I found them I had experience with other repair shops that couldn't handle Sub Zero appliances but these guys did their best as they specialize in Sub Zero and Wolf. They're professional, efficient and super clean - they left no mess behind. Plus, they guarantee their work for a year which is pretty cool and convenient. I haven't used this guarantee though but it's a huge advantage. Honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone else but them for high-end appliance repairs! Great job! Thank you! read more

My Appliance on which I have daily reliance, was in total non-compliance and then quit in defiance. I called around all over town. They all profess to repair Stoves, Ovens, Washing Machines, and Dishwashers. However, the reality is the best you will get is a recorded message from a call center in foreign land. Does that help? It's 90 degrees inside your crib, you are home schooling the neighborhood delinquents and your Refrigerator is on strike. You need help and you need it now! My Dishwasher gave it up too and the Refrigerator Mother Board was bored and that wasn't cool either. My Clothes Dryer sounded like it was drying a set of Hub Caps. Then I found OC Sub-Zero & Viking Repair. Anton answered the phone. In an excited rush I gushed my tale of woe and explained what wasn't working. I iphoned him pictures of the Model Numbers and Anton responded he'd be at my house by 3:00 PM that day. At 2:59 PM a Van the size of a small battleship rolled into the driveway. A young man in a crisp uniform hopped out of the vehicle and opened the rear doors revealing enough tools to perform a liver transplant. "Show me the patients, please," Anton asked politely. I took him to see the sick appliances. "I'll let you know what I find, as soon as I find it," he reassured me. Shortly after his inspection he reported, "Sir, the Dishwasher is indeed kaput. It seems my 12 year old machine was about 8 years past it's predicted lifespan. Anton told me what appliances not to get and where to find the best value saving me hours of research. "The Dryer needed new drive belts," he said. "I replaced them all, cleaned behind the motor, changed the filter, and checked everything. The Refrigerator Mother Board has been exchanged for one that actually works. The old one was not from the factory and was a jerry-rigged installation. I fixed all that and put in a Certified correct Mother Board with a warranty. Your ice maker wasn't working because someone put a bag of Pierogi in front of the sensor. I moved out of the way. No charge." Anton spent more time explaining things to me than my internist. All my appliances are running Swiss Watches now. Anton even called a few days later to make sure they were all behaving. The Bill was more than fair considering he spent more time in the house than the ex-wife. In today's World, how many businesses answer the phone and have answers to your questions? It is so refreshing to share your Tech angst with the actual Tech as opposed to Camilla from Manilla. Anton was professional, courteous, and even wore gloves and a mask (that fit correctly). His knowledge about appliances was encyclopedic and he had a Hospital Ship full of the proper tools and parts to get the job done efficiently. As a result, my clothes and dishes are clean, the Pierogi are frozen, the drinks are cold and the burgers are hot. Look no further for all appliance repair. Anton and his team will be there. read more

Unfortunately, our fridge and freezer broke in the middle of the night . I called the repair service first thing in the morning at 9 am. I needed to have it fixed the same day bc we've just bought a lot of groceries ( pandemic and quarantine, you know what I mean) and I didn't want it to go to waste. OC Sub-Zero and VIking was the first who responded, so by 2 pm a technician was already at my place. He followed all the safety rules such as personal protection tools and social distancing. He examined the appliance and finally found the source of the problem. The broken part was replaced within an hour, so both our fridge and the freezer actually work well. All food saved! Great service, definitely recommend! Thank you! read more

Despite all that situation with the coronavirus I was calm and felt comfortable because Rick followed all the safety instructions, I mean he had mask, gloves on and he also kept the social distance of 6 feet away from me in my house. He left an impression of being very polite and he paid attention to every detail. He fixed my fridge same day, that was some issue with start relay. I recommend this company and Rick as a real professional. Thank you Rick and OC Sub-Zero & Viking! read more

OC Sub-Zero and Viking beyond excellence! Very professional, quick, cost -effective and friendly. I love how they explain the problem and how they fix it. And Alex, the technician, is a true hero! When my Zub-zero fridge broke I called another company and they told me fixing the issue will cost near 2.5 grand! When Alex came, he told me the issue was not that big and fixed everything for a lot less. I appreciate the honesty and from now on there's no one else I trust with repairs. read more
