We went to the store and called them several times before the wedding when issues started arising. One girl in the store tried to claim she did not even work there as she stood behind the Caela Scott reception counter. When we asked for the manager we were told she only comes in twice a week. The shipment order for all the groomsmen's altered tuxes kept being pushed back every week to the point where they did not arrive until three days before the wedding. The store did not even call the bride once all the tuxes had finally arrived at the store, she had to call them. The bride's father, walked her down the aisle in jeans. This occurred because the tux pants were sent with holes in the pockets and a hole in the crotch area the first time. Then, we tried to get a new pair of pants, shipped overnight, since everything barely arrived the week of the wedding, we were told the overnight fee would be waived. However, we learned from the Bride's dad that Caela Scott called and told them there would be an additional overnight charge for the shipping of the second pair of pants. Hence we were lied to. Same thing with other groomsmen's pants. The bride's dad's tux coat that they sized and altered when finally arrived, was a completely different size that did not fit. Then we discovered a large vertical stain on the back of the groom's coat jacket. Overall an awful experience that the bridal party and everyone in attendance will not recommend to anyone. Ever. Weddings are stressful enough as it is and Caela Scott honestly made it worse.

They had a nice comfortable seating area for any entourage that might've accompanied me, with drinks and snacks set out for them. I had two dedicated folks to help support me with dress selection, and getting them on, suggesting possible alterations & showing me what they might look like. This was for a second wedding, and as a more "mature" bride, I felt a little self-conscious making a fuss about a wedding gown. They made me feel really good about pick out out a dress and creating the feeling and the event I wanted. This is a lovely shop with folks that will help and support you. Even if you live far away, it is worth the trip to Zeeland for the experience, the people, and the inventory.

My daughter fell in love with a dress in Zeeland and Madison was there every step of the way to help us in the process. It was music to my ears to hear my daughter laughing and having fun as shopping is not something she enjoys. Everything about this experience made her feel relaxed and beautiful. To some people, she might sound a bit cold over the phone, and even at the first meeting, but she is really just a direct person. You drive up to her house, enter through her front door, walk up the stairs, then knock. I'm writing this down because the first time I went, I wasn't sure whether to knock on the door or try it. The dress I brought to her was too big for me, so after telling me what needed to be cinched up/hemmed and giving me a quote, Olena even told me it would be better for me to just buy the dress in a smaller size to save money. It turns out she was able to do something with the straps that allowed the dress to fit more cleanly. She altered the dress that day, and I was able to pick it up the next morning! It was SO quick. She did a wonderful job, and I'm very happy with the end product. It was a bit on the expensive side - I compared prices with my other friends who had to get the same hemming elsewhere and they paid lower. But honestly, with such quick alternations, and Olena doing a great job, I would go back to see her for other dresses.

The turf made it easy to walk with heels and the trees helped provide more of a romantic secluded environment. The reception area had an outdoor tent area (for the post ceremony appetizers and drinks) and an indoor area (for the formal dinner). Can't say anything from a planning/organization standpoint but everything went smoothly from a guest's perspective and it was a lovely area to attend a wedding.
