We were told if you buy from us "we have in-house service technicians who will be there quickly to reduce down time." We called in September and it is second week of October and the problem remains. Purchased new stove February 2026, broiler not working, called Seaway, technician came out did not fix the problem, told us to contact the manufacturer of the stove, Frigidaire. We contacted Frigidaire, problem still not resolved due to wrong diagnostic and we are now waiting on another part and for technician sent by Frigidaire. Have not heard a word back from Seaway in past month while we dealt with manufacturer directly--doing their (Seaway's) job that was promised by salesperson. I would not buy from Seaway again given they have not fulfilled one word of their commitment given verbally and in writing--since calling them almost 6 weeks ago, crickets, nothing from them no follow up. Great salesperson but disappointed in total lack of repair resolution by them.
