Oak is so worth the drive! I told the staff that I'm going to Hawaii in a couple of months for a wedding and needed dresses. Also, I live in Reno which is really hot during the summer and was looking for cute clothing appropriate for the warm weather. Sabrina was amazing! She recommended a pretty blue dress and as soon as I put it on, I knew it was the dress for the wedding! Caitlin, Oak's owner, also helped me select other dresses, jeans, jean shorts, skirts and tang tops. She's also super sweet and made recommendations on how to put together outfits since I'm not so good at it. She's an easy going salesperson which I appreciate. She made a recommendation and didn't pressure me to make any sales. As a result, I walked away with something like 6 dresses, 2 pairs of jeans, jean cutoff shorts, skirt, a blouse or two and a super cute hat. The best thing about Oak, other than their excellent customer service, are their prices! The average dress cost only $36! That's amazing! The quality of the dresses are good too. For that price, one would expect poor quality clothing but they're really good and will last me several seasons. Caitlin told me that she selects the clothes herself in LA so it's she sells the latest trends. Oak is such a good deal. Another thing to note are sizes. I'm a size 14-16 so it can be hard for me to find cute clothes. Most times, I'm stuck with solid color clothing that aren't very flattering or fit very well. Oak sells a large range of clothing varying from small to 3X which made shopping so much easier. Oak actually had my size! Overall, I'm coming back! Can't wait to purchase my winter wardrobe at Oak.

When we checked out, he threw our change at us instead of handing it to us respectfully. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional and upsetting. I understand employees may be stressed or trying to close on time, but customers should still be treated respectfully. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the experience was not okay.

The installation process was seamless--Ben was a great problem solver, super detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done right. Walked in just before Christmas and had a super secret plan to install subwoofers and system in my…read moreteen daughter's car without her knowing. Not an easy feat. They recommended a great system kit, and we worked at a cool plan that I'd barrow the car to "get the oil changed" while she was at school. Then I dropped it off after the real oil change. In one day they installed and hid all the wiring necessary, including the amp, boost switch, etc. I had asked them not to hook up the speakers or else she'd know. So instead they temporarily hooked them up, showed me how to do it on Christmas Day, then rebid the wires for me. They put dark tape over the light indicators on the amp so she wouldn't notice something hiding under seat. They tucked the booster under the dash so there wouldn't be any visible buttons. The trunk wires they hid under the trunk carpet by the spare tire! That teenager drove around for a week without any idea she had an entire system hiding in wait for Christmas Day! In Christmas morning we sent her on a treasure hunt that ended at her car and she was brought to tears of excitement! What a great team at DFM! They collaborated, kept the secret, and took extra steps to ensure she didn't notice anything different. They even trained a non-technical mama how to hook up the speakers for a bonus surprise and immediate use on Christmas Day when they'd be closed! Awesome job! Definitely 5 stars! Thank you!
