I bought four outfits which all looked great. The clothing is well made and held up nicely for travel. I am short and usually wear a small or medium. The clothes fit perfectly. Oak is my all-time favorite boutique to purchase beautiful clothes at great prices! One of my girlfriends always looks so good! She wears trendy dresses and skirts while I was always kinda blah. She told me about Oak so I followed them on Instagram (@oak.boutique) because I live in Nevada. Last weekend I drove to Kelseyville. Oak is so worth the drive! I told the staff that I'm going to Hawaii in a couple of months for a wedding and needed dresses. Also, I live in Reno which is really hot during the summer and was looking for cute clothing appropriate for the warm weather. Sabrina was amazing! She recommended a pretty blue dress and as soon as I put it on, I knew it was the dress for the wedding! Caitlin, Oak's owner, also helped me select other dresses, jeans, jean shorts, skirts and tang tops. She's also super sweet and made recommendations on how to put together outfits since I'm not so good at it. She's an easy going salesperson which I appreciate. She made a recommendation and didn't pressure me to make any sales. As a result, I walked away with something like 6 dresses, 2 pairs of jeans, jean cutoff shorts, skirt, a blouse or two and a super cute hat. The best thing about Oak, other than their excellent customer service, are their prices! The average dress cost only $36! That's amazing! The quality of the dresses are good too. For that price, one would expect poor quality clothing but they're really good and will last me several seasons. Caitlin told me that she selects the clothes herself in LA so it's she sells the latest trends. Oak is such a good deal. Another thing to note are sizes. I'm a size 14-16 so it can be hard for me to find cute clothes. Most times, I'm stuck with solid color clothing that aren't very flattering or fit very well. Oak sells a large range of clothing varying from small to 3X which made shopping so much easier. Oak actually had my size! Overall, I'm coming back! We are so lucky to have such a fantastic option for women's clothing in Lake County, I was delighted to find so many choices in my size. Beyond the cute clothes, the accessories are stylish and very affordable. Oak is now my go-to in Kelseyville, and beyond, for myself, gifts and now baby and toddler clothes! This place honestly deserves 10 stars! I was visiting Kelseyville and this seems to be exactly what this adorable little country town needed: A warm, inviting, shop chock-full of hip (but not too hipster) clothes that look good on every body. I went in looking for earrings and came out with three sets of adorable gold-plated studs, a new dress, new jeans, two new tops and an adorable fedora that's become a staple in my summer wardrobe! And Caitlin (the owner) is the perfect shop-keeper/hostess. She is welcoming, has phenomenal taste, makes you feel right at home. While I was trying things on, she grabbed me a few things that I never would have picked for myself, but ended up just LOVING. Also, she seems to have her finger on heartbeat of the community and be really excited to support and get involved with other local businesses and events. That's the kind of business I can get behind! Oak hits the perfect notes in creating a space where you want to head if you're looking for something fresh to add to your wardrobe. My clothes are good quality, but not so pricey that I'm afraid to wear them everyday. Also, the baby/kids clothes here are OUTRAGEOUSLY cute. Quirky, funny, fun, sweet and stylish.
