I have tried to hold off on this review since I don't usually post negative reviews, but I have been feeling so sad about my wedding flowers this past April that I felt I had to to help future brides. I initially chatted with her on the phone and all seemed well, I described to her the lush flowers I was hoping for and she seemed to know what she was doing and assured me that they would be how I was dreaming. I had a small family wedding, but I was willing to pay a lot for my flowers because I wanted a very lush and beautiful arch overlooking the ocean, a lush table garland with lots of flowers, and other pieces (just very lush in general). I emailed her pics of each of the statement pieces I wanted, and she told me that she could do it. I had asked for mostly white peonies with some blush and white garden roses with anemones with blue centers and greenery for all florals. Instead, I received cheap common roses, cheap babies breath, and only 2 peonies in ALL of my flowers. They was no consistency across the floral arrangements, there were purple flowers in most of them (I asked for blush pink), the arch was almost entirely bare leaving mostly metal showing, and the table garland was cheap, preordered greenery and undecorated with florals as I had asked and paid for. I was so sad on my wedding day and it disrupted getting ready time because my sister (and maid of honor) was sweet enough to hunt down the florist during makeup time, and ask if they were even the right flowers (!!), they were so different from what I had asked. Turns out Rosa (the actual florist) didn't even bother to show up and design my arch or add flowers to my garland, it was just one of her delivery people who zip tied the small groupings of flowers on the arch.. My sister and family told me that the flowers looked like someone at Safeway put them together. I would have given her 1 star, but she did give me a partial refund, even though the amount I paid didn't make up for the lack of quality, quantity, and artistic quality in the flowers I did receive. Go to a different florist if you want lush, beautiful flowers and a responsive florist who listens to what you're dreaming of. I'll post more comparison pics of my flowers and what I asked for when I get them back from my photographer.

Over the past year, Will, the owner and operator, has created more than a dozen arrangements for me to send to her. Each time, the flowers weren't just beautiful -- they became a bridge that's helped me reconnect and reunite with my daughter. Will doesn't just take an order. He listens. He's kind, patient, and takes the time to walk me through the details. He'll even stop and say, "Let's make it a little extra special. What does she like? What memory can we add to this arrangement?" That extra thought, that personal care, is something you don't get everywhere. One of the most meaningful moments was when I thought of sending just a dozen roses. Instead, Will guided me toward an arrangement of red roses blended with little pink roses that reminded me of my little girl, complete with a teddy bear and succulents cascading down. I've never met Will in person, but after so many thoughtful interactions, I feel like he's more than a florist -- he's a brother, a friend, someone who genuinely cares about me and my family. His artistry, reliability, and heartfelt service are unmatched. Every delivery has been on time, exactly as promised, and somehow even better than I imagined. I've told myself I have to come in one day, meet him and his staff in person, and thank them for all they've done for me and my daughter.
