I have tried to hold off on this review since I don't usually post negative reviews, but I have been feeling so sad about my wedding flowers this past April that I felt I had to to help future brides. I initially chatted with her on the phone and all seemed well, I described to her the lush flowers I was hoping for and she seemed to know what she was doing and assured me that they would be how I was dreaming. I had a small family wedding, but I was willing to pay a lot for my flowers because I wanted a very lush and beautiful arch overlooking the ocean, a lush table garland with lots of flowers, and other pieces (just very lush in general). I emailed her pics of each of the statement pieces I wanted, and she told me that she could do it. I had asked for mostly white peonies with some blush and white garden roses with anemones with blue centers and greenery for all florals. Instead, I received cheap common roses, cheap babies breath, and only 2 peonies in ALL of my flowers. They was no consistency across the floral arrangements, there were purple flowers in most of them (I asked for blush pink), the arch was almost entirely bare leaving mostly metal showing, and the table garland was cheap, preordered greenery and undecorated with florals as I had asked and paid for. I was so sad on my wedding day and it disrupted getting ready time because my sister (and maid of honor) was sweet enough to hunt down the florist during makeup time, and ask if they were even the right flowers (!!), they were so different from what I had asked. Turns out Rosa (the actual florist) didn't even bother to show up and design my arch or add flowers to my garland, it was just one of her delivery people who zip tied the small groupings of flowers on the arch.. My sister and family told me that the flowers looked like someone at Safeway put them together. I would have given her 1 star, but she did give me a partial refund, even though the amount I paid didn't make up for the lack of quality, quantity, and artistic quality in the flowers I did receive. Go to a different florist if you want lush, beautiful flowers and a responsive florist who listens to what you're dreaming of. I'll post more comparison pics of my flowers and what I asked for when I get them back from my photographer.

My wife got my mother's orchid and my mom was set to get my wives 100 dollar rose arrangement. Once Will and his awesome ladies heard about the mix up, they went out of thier way and brought my wife a super huge beautiful arrangement at the end of a already busy day. Letting us keep the mis-delivered orchids. The kicker is I do not live in town, I live out in the hills. Its was nice to receive the same type of customer service I try to provide my own customers. It is had work dealing with the public, and even harder work running a small business anytime let alone during the covid pandemic. We also run a wedding adjacent business, and we were a little insecure about the amount of personal attention we put into calling people instead of just sending them a rate sheet, but dealing with Natasha really made it clear that calls and personal attention are absolutely crucial to a great business and a great product. We had an amazing call to start off with a lot of great feedback and insight into the space and the community and at the end of the day Natasha practically read our minds and delivered exactly the right arrangements for the space. Maybe we weren't the first ones to say "we'd like to use native plants and riff on the colors of the chapel and the sunset" but she really nailed it. We DIY'd all the other vendor roles at the wedding and had even been considering doing the flower arrangements and I'm so glad we didn't. They were really the center piece of the whole thing and when we were so exhausted from being the planner, the caterer, the bartender, the lighting, the photographer, the videographer and the DJ, it was so reassuring to know there was one piece we entrusted to someone else and it came out great. The rest of it came out great too, don't get me wrong, but trust your vendors when they say you don't need the drama of DIY'ing your own wedding, it's exhausting. On a lighter note, we loved the flowers so much we took them on honeymoon and arranged them around our hot tub like the "just married" display once it was all through and we've still got them dried on our mantle right now!
