If your website, Google and Yelp all state your store is open on Saturdays from 10-2... then you should be OPEN on Saturdays. I ordered white flowers and a blue vase. I paid an outrageous price of 119.00 to a coarse man who had not even put my order through. It was for a funeral for today, and he was still sitting on the order and told me to call the florist in the city I was sending them to and order them myself evidently. He was too lazy to do it. When I told him I would never order from him again, he was so rude and hung up on me!! Where do these people come from?? It sure isn't Ukiah, and they come in here and act like they own the town!! I ordered the flowers on the right with the white and blue. When they arrived, they were all white. I paid what I paid because I wanted the blue and white flowers. I called and spoke with the manager, Rebecca, who was quite rude and told her I was unhappy with my order as the flowers were not as described in the description. She explained that they were out of blue flowers. I explained that I ordered the white and blue because blue was the recipient's favorite color. She said said the vase was blue....GRRRR! I asked why they did not call and tell me this before sending the flowers to see if this was acceptable and give me the opportunity to make changes to my order. She told me she could pick up the flowers that had already been delivered and give the recipient something different. I told her that was a terrible idea as this was a gift. We finally agreed that they would refund me $30 back on my order. A week later and 3 follow up calls with Rain Forest with Jason and Rebecca, I am still waiting on my refund. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Worst experience ever. read more

I've used this company a few times in the past to send flowers to my mother without incident. Last Thursday I placed an order online for a, orchid arrangement and a box of chocolates (totaling over $100) to be delivered to her place of work on Friday for Mother's Day (the following Sunday). I received an email confirmation for this order. I waited all day on Friday for an excited phone call from her, but when one didn't come by 4:30 pm, I got worried and called the flower shop. She leaves work at 5:30 pm, so I wanted to make sure that the flowers were close to being delivered as she doesn't work on weekends. I was told that they did not receive my online order - which is understandable, sometimes unforeseen things happen. It confused me as I did get a confirmation, but I understand that electronic things can sometimes be unpredictable. No big deal. Just make it right. The woman on the phone said she would call me right back and she would arrange for an alternate flower shop in Willits to make the arrangement so they could be delivered to her home... Fine. I kind of wanted her to be able to show-off a bit at work, but whatever.... things happen. An hour passed, two hours, three.... no call-back. I understand they are working hard because it's almost Mother's Day, but I am (was) a customer and my order is important too. Finally an annoyed-sounding gentleman called me back this morning (Saturday before Mother's Day) saying that my card wasn't charged and that they would not be completing my order. I was not offered an apology, nor was I "made-good with" over the situation that clearly was their mistake. I will not be taking my business back to this flower shop, and I will not recommend them to anyone interested in a florist that offers fair customer service. read more

Bad customer service!!! The worst form of customer service is when the owners/managers are overly defensive about a service or food etc. We all have worked in customer service and the customer is always right! I have used Rain Forest Fantasy several times. The flower arrangements are great if you go in and talk with the florist. If not, they are over priced and you can get the same variety/ kind of flowers at Safeway. I ordered a mother's day arrangement and was astounded at the size and type of flowers in the arrangement for how much I paid. When I called the owner answered and matter-of-factly told me that a "world renowned florist' made my arrangement and she was sure that the flowers were great and that I just didn't like what I ended up getting. She then lectured me on how pricing works if I order flowers online, which I already knew... That is why I ordered directly from the florist. Then finally after our conversation she hung up on me! I would have been happy with a credit but she was so defensive and curt that I asked for a refund. She relented and offered to issue me a credit (one star for the credit). After years of great arrangements being delivered to my mother in Ukiah, Rain Forest Fantasy decided to charge my credit card AFTER on online purchase which I agreed to, another additional 10.00 delivery charge. They have always charged me 10.00 to deliver and now say it is a 20.00 charge. They never stated this online - EVER. When I checked my statement, they just tacked this charge on without even getting my ok. I would have never ordered the flowers with this exorbitant delivery charge. When I called the florist not only did not care about my concern but did not seem to care that they lost a very good customer. There are several excellent florists in Ukiah and I will now give them my business and never again to Rain Forest Fantasy. read more

I ordered online because I live out of state. I found a beautiful bouquet of roses shaped inside of a baby's breath heart wreath. I knew that was the perfect one to send to my husband for our 14th year wedding anniversary. Rain Forest called me to tell me they don't do that arrangement because they don't have baby's breath! So why do they have it on their website??? I was quite upset, but she told me they could form some greenery around the roses, which I agreed would be fine. My husband loved the roses! He took a picture and sent it to me, they were just a dozen roses...NOTHING special. I am very unhappy, although my husband will never know. read more
