I brought my vehicle here to have work done through another drivers insurance for a no fault…read moreaccident. I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

Can't say enough about Ron Wise Auto Body in Broomall, PA…read more.. In February I accidentally backed into our basketball net (all daddy's fault) and dented up my Tahoe pretty badly. I went into it thinking it would be a lot of money, the truck would need to be repainted, and new panels would need to be installed. Much to my happiness, and I do not know how they did it, they were able to repair the truck without new panels. They sprayed it and the truck looks good as new... at an amazingly low price tag. (wish I had pics) A week or so ago, same truck, I walked up to it, after a softball game, and noticed a large key mark down the side, next to the rear door. It was bad. I didn't know what to do; but what I did was call Ron Wise. Vince and Jeremy were so professional and helped out. I dropped the truck off on a Thursday morning and they were able to get 95% of the key mark out... amazing. It is / was a deep scratch and the work the team at Ron Wise did is incredible. Looks like it never happened !!! Anyway... I am not much for writing reviews, but needed to write this one. If you have an issue with a car or truck, call Ron Wise !!! The pricing is extremely gracious and competitive. The QUALITY of their teams work is impeccable !!! So happy I found them on the 1st issue and will continue to use them if anything comes up. Thanks to the team at Ron Wise autobody!!! You made a guy who is knit picky about a lot of things extremely happy and speechless in the quality at which my Tahoe was returned from your teams care.
