I truly wish I didn't have to write this review. Before hiring them for power washing, I…read morespecifically emphasized the importance of being careful not to damage my home. Unfortunately, they sent an inexperienced worker to do the job, and it ended up costing me several thousand dollars in repairs to my front exterior. Large sections of stucco paint were stripped from my white house, leaving it looking ten times worse than before. What a nightmare! Avoid this company if you value your property--especially if you don't want bleach and careless handling to ruin your hard-earned home.

We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. They worked until 9pm when we have to be up at 4am for work so this was way too late for us. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. Please don't trust them.

Flaky to schedule with and didn't do much for my home's exterior…read more Scheduling: I needed to follow up with these guys a couple times when they missed their time window or didn't get back in touch with a time. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.
