Abba has done an amazing job of eliminating insects around the house. From black widows to other troublesome bugs. They did not charge extra for it either like other companies quoted me. They did not spam my email or phone like other companies. What I really appreciate is that they understood my immediate needs which was eliminating an ant farm on my lawn days before our first baby shower. Angel did an amazing job of stopping the ant farm. He followed up a day before the baby shower to make sure everything was well, which it was. Angel really shined when we realized we had a rodent in our attic. He quickly put us at ease, explaining the what's, how's and why's. He followed up two more times. No rodent problem in our house anymore. I'd like to add that Angel is a true professional and finding someone better than him would be very difficult. Awesome company!!! The service tech (Angel) that came out was so good. He knew so much about what he was doing and what needed to be done to take care of the problem. I used them for a rat problem at an apartment complex and their service is HORRIBLE. They may be cheaper in price but they don't give you very much of anything. I tried calling back to see if they could put more traps because they only put 2 (and i think the agreement was to put as needed) and it was obvious the complex needed more than 2 and what do you know? NOBODY CALLED BACK. Dont use them! read more

Terminator Sam and Mateo are Fantastic! Last year I had my house tented for termites. Being a new home owner of an old house I wasn't sure who to call when I saw little buggies, then I found ABBA. My friend and I were obsessed with the name because we are Momma Mia fans lol! So I tried them out and I'm so happy I did. They were in and out super quick and I haven't had bugs since! I liked them so much I even told my family about them for their roach problems. We had a bee colony on the property. We called and Abba and they told us that would remove the colony humanly. When they arrived he asked where the colony was and he already had the poison ready to go before even knowing where it was. There was no attempt at all to save the Honey bees. After I noticed he had killed the whole colony I asked him why he did that. He said due to its location there was no way to do remove the colony humanly. This was a lie because he had the poison and walked out to the location before even knowing where it was. False advertisement. Call a real beekeeper they will come and remove the bees for free! read more

Had rat issues at our business called Abba and right away they send Angel. Angel came and set up traps. He said he would be back in 3 days to check the traps and sure enough he was here in 3 days. He cleared out the traps Patched our hole and we were good. He set more traps because we still heard more rats and he come to check and everything was still in tacked. A week later we got this horrible smell and we called Angel and right away he came. We are so happy with the Abba service and happy with Angel because he was so fast and professional. I moved in to a new apartment and for months everything was fine until I found bedbugs. My rental agency had called Abba themselves to treat the problem and get rid of them. My roommate and I had to dry all of our clothes and blankets and get rid of our old couch and buy a brand new one. It has been 6 months and they have treated our apartment SEVERAL times and the problem has not gone away. They are very unprofessional, do not return phone calls, and i have paid for treatments i can't really afford and to this day I am still having a problem. I've used Abba at two different properties in the last two years and have been very satisfied with their work. The first time it was for treating termites. We had termites that swarmed around our house and entered during the hot summer days. They scheduled and prepped us for tenting and the entire process was smooth--scheduling, preparation, return--good and timely communication. The 2nd time it was for rats in the attic. They are all business. Came over, inspected the house very thoroughly, and found at least 5 entry points that I couldn't find. They sealed them all up and set some traps. The same night they left we caught the rodent in the attic. I will be calling them again for all my pest issues at our house. read more

I live in the same building as Mandy B., I moved in at the end of March 2011. We also have bed bugs in our apartment and were told by ABBA and our management company that no other apartments in the building had ever had bed bugs. They have treat our apartment several times as well, and still maintain not only that there has never been a problem with bedbugs in the building, but that there are not any in the apartment now, but my husband and I are finding them and getting bitten by them every night! The exterminator from ABBA is extremely rude and unprofessional. They claim to have inspected the apartment but their inspections only entail running a flash light along the wall. Do they realize they are looking for nocturnal insects in the middle of the day? It takes a little more than a quick glance. Meanwhile, my husband and I are finding bedbugs around the apartment daily. DO NOT USE ABBA TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL! read more
