You can't get any better service than her. It's got a reasonably good atmosphere. While slightly cramped, it's nothing you can't easily move around in. As for their product selection, it's pretty large. I felt like they covered all major holidays/events, with reasonable prices. My Mom and I went in about an hour before closing, and still got great service plus the products we needed. Overall, it's a small party store with the party supplies you need, and an employee who will raise your mood just from conversing with her.

I took quite a long time to make final decisions, kept going back and forth on a few things, and at the last minute decided to add a rug and never once did I feel rushed in making decisions or like I was troubling them with all my changes. The setup and teardown on our wedding day went so smooth, they set everything up exactly how I envisioned it and everything looked amazing. Not an honest company! I rented a generator for 1 week but ended up returning it after 1 day…read more 1. When they loaded the generator into my car fueling was pouring out the cap. The woman who helped the man load it said "o no there's fuel coming out" the man replied "probably from tilting it backwards" he put a towel under the fuel cap and said "I'll just leave it there to catch the fuel". The towel was drenched and my entire car smelled terribly of gasoline even after leaving my trunk open for 4 hours. 2. The generator would start but not stay on. We ended up having to use another. I returned Don's generator the next day. Upon returning it they lied about two things. First, they said it was used for several hours (lie, it was started three times and immediately cut off. After the third time we gave up). Second they charged me for 3.2 gallons, now this really pissed me off because there's no way 3.2 gallons were used from starting it 3 times. Which means that's how much gas spilled into my trunk when the put it in (if there was even that much gas in there) .

ISE was a great help and we had an awesome event Couple notes We rented their biggest flat top gas grill. It's very big, you'll need a good sized truck to move it. The spatula we rented was a little flimsy. Make sure you get a good one to flip those burgers. We cooked almost 200 burgers in less than an hour, very worth the rental.

She gave us recommendations on everything from venues and caterers, to DJs and florists, to attire, songs and venue layout/design. Sami attended our details appointment with our venue to familiarize herself with our ceremony and reception locations prior to the big day, helped us establish a day of timeline, and maintained contact with our vendors. On the day of, Sami was on fire! She put out a small "tift" between my florist and cake baker, calmly handled a last minute change for our clean-up time of the ceremony location, confronted our DJ when we wanted different music played, decorated our reception ballroom beautifully, and frequently checked-in with us throughout the night to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. At the end of the night, she organized the clean-up of all our personal items and rallied up family members to help get the decor boxes into cars.
