Little did I know that the parts I needed are usually in their truck. I had to call them back, because they shut off the water and didn't turn it back on. In the meantime a friend was able to turn it back on. So I called and told them never mind. All of a sudden I see someone in my shed doing something and it was them. Never let me know that they came back. Said they were coming back the next day. I called because I did not hear from them and they said it would be around 3-4. Then I got another call that said around 6. I cancelled them, They were supposed to come out originally on Saturday and I got a call that said nobody was available. I am still waiting for my money that I paid them. I was required to put down a 50% deposit. Linda C

I was able to get a same-day appointment, the technician was fast, polite, professional, friendly,…read moreanswered my questions and fixed every problem I had. So, I am going to give this a tentative 5 star review, keep an eye on the problems and hope for the best. The only issue I had was that based on my problem, the operator suggested a restoration company that they work with to come have a look and help me with the insurance if it qualified, free of charge. I agreed, nothing to lose, but it's honestly an easy fix, wipe down the area beneath the kitchen sink with vinegar, get a new baseboard, coat it with Kiltz, and secure it inside. The experience was insane, the company that came right off the bat tried to talk me into signing a contract, lied about what it was, tried making me call the insurance company while they were there to ensure that I said the right phrases, assured me that this was an open and shut case, the insurance company would approve it immediately, etc. He promised to tear up the contract if I changed my mind, etc. He regrouped and tried a different approach when I mentioned having a lawyer look over the paperwork. So, in short, I would recommend Best Plumbing based on my interaction yesterday, but say no to them sending a restoration company to "help." If you have water damage, call your insurance company, start the claim and ask for their list of restoration companies. it's safer that way and you're more likely to get the work you need done.
