I was expecting to have to wait a week, maybe a week and a half. I was quite impressed! The plumber they sent, Jeff, arrived right on schedule. Very friendly and professional. He completed my service promptly, I was billed and that was that. I was able to pay with a credit card, which was quite convenient. These folks are absolutely excellent. I'll be contracting with them for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

Tech replaced a tub faucet without adjusting the water line length, leaving a 1/2 space between wall and faucet. This required additional adjustment by another worker. 2. Tech did not verify a disconnected dishwasher line valve was turned completely OFF after verifying the line was clear. Slow leak caused damages over several days requiring repairs by other workers. 3. Tech was rough with cabinets in kitchen requiring some repairs. 4. The office manager denied all company responsibility, and refused to let me speak with the owner. This was a horrible experience overall. Charged me $180 and caused 10 times that amount in additional repairs to be completed by other COMPETENT workers!

Little did I know that the parts I needed are usually in their truck. I had to call them back, because they shut off the water and didn't turn it back on. In the meantime a friend was able to turn it back on. So I called and told them never mind. All of a sudden I see someone in my shed doing something and it was them. Never let me know that they came back. Said they were coming back the next day. I called because I did not hear from them and they said it would be around 3-4. Then I got another call that said around 6. I cancelled them, They were supposed to come out originally on Saturday and I got a call that said nobody was available. I am still waiting for my money that I paid them. I was required to put down a 50% deposit. Linda C

We scheduled an appointment with the home warranty company and waited patiently for the service call from another contractor. It never came. Saturday morning came, and on the phone with warranty company and their contractor couldn't make it till Tuesday. Really? I called Choice Plumbing mid-Saturday morning and Nick answered the phone and the 2nd ring! He said they had a hot water heater in stock and could install today! After going several rounds with the warranty company we finally received out of network approval. Now it was 3pm on a Saturday and I was a little worried of going another night without hot water. I called Nick again and he said Alex would pick it up and be over to install it later today. Again, I was a little worried because it was already 3pm on a Saturday and figured they we only working 8-hours. Alex showed up later that evening, after hours, on a Saturday, and installed the 50 gallon hot water heater. By 9pm we were good to go, install complete and we had hot water! Professional, fast, courteous, and patient is what CHOICE PLUMBING is a lot about. I will never call another plumber. Thanks Alex and Nick! Much appreciated!
