Call Dave and no one else for your plumbing problems. Used him twice and both times he was fast and efficient.

I always like to give credit where it is deserved…read more My front bathroom toilet would drain VERY slowly. I assumed I would need the drain snaked. It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more. I STRONGLY recommend Drain Tactics.

When the plumber, Richie, returned to review his work a week later, he argued with us and said the water was hot. I told him that's not what our complaint was - the temperature wasn't consistent. When we asked him to re-install the previous unit, he said he couldn't because he had thrown it away in the trash. The previous Reem water heater of ours was working just fine. We were just downgrading to a smaller unit. We sent a complaint to the office almost 2 weeks ago but no one has ever called, texted or emailed us back. Absolutely an unreputable company! I can't believe they have so many good reviews when we definitely received the worst service possible. Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so. Their plumber was told from the start that our current/previous tankless water heater was working just fine. Why would anyone throw away a unit that's working fine? After speaking with Lucy today, I was also asked to revise my review here if they provide a new service that is satisfactory. My husband and I run a small business and we've never asked a customer to revise their online review. It is always the customer's choice to do that on their own. A company's response to a negative review always shows how they truly operate.

Ace Solves It All

Ace Solves It All

We have been 'Home Comfort Club' members with Ace Solves It All (our home location is Kissimmee FL)…read morefor several years. Up until last month (09/2026) we have been extremely satisfied with the level of service we have received from this company. Our phone calls (primarily for HVAC and plumbing needs) were handled courteously, and follow-up service needs were scheduled and performed promptly. As Home Comfort Club members, we receive annual inspections of our HVAC and electrical systems. The result of these inspections normally result in 'recommendations' by the technicians for repairs and/or improvements in these systems. We are then given the choice as to which, if any, of these repairs we want to do. If the cost estimate seems reasonable and the repair(s) seem needed or beneficial, we approve and they complete. Nice, right? The plumbing and HVAC repairs/improvements we have had done in the past were beneficial and the cost estimates reasonable. However - beware the electrical! Last month's (2026) electrical maintenance visit (while my husband was away) resulted in the recommendation to replace three (3) GFCI outlets - one exterior; two interior. Keep in mind - these are household outlets. The original estimate: over $890.00!! When I voiced my surprise over the VERY HIGH COST, the technician (a nice young man) then offered to use a 'second grade' GFCI outlet which brought the cost 'DOWN' to $656.00, including a 10% discount for our Home Comfort Club membership!! If you don't know anything about electrical supplies and repairs, maybe this seems reasonable. In my husband's absence, I was caught between wanting the outlets replaced (they hadn't been working right for some time) and a sense of alarm over the cost. I authorized the repair. My husband was NOT happy when he came home and was told about this. FYI - GFCI outlets cost around $25.00 online and from most hardware stores. The technician spent about 30 minutes installing. So, doing the math: hardware (3 outlets)- total cost, retail - $75.00; install cost - $581.00 (for a 30 minute installation). Repeated phone calls (at least half a dozen times) to Ace over the next week requesting a call back regarding the legitimacy of these charges finally resulted in a phone call from the HVAC Department manager who admitted he was not the correct person to talk to about the Electrical service charges. However, he did tell me that we were charged the correct, company-standard rate for the install of 3 GFCI outlets. An online inquiry for this type of repair in our area (Kissimmee) found the average cost (for 3 GFCI replacements) to be between $250-$500 with most of the cost coming from a fee for the electrician's trip and diagnostic work. I would point out that the technician was at our home ONLY because of the 'included' annual electrical inspection with our HCC membership. Needless to say, we are going to re-evaluate the value of renewing our "Home Comfort Club" membership. and probably NOT use Ace for future electrical repairs.

If you're considering this company, PLEASE read this first: Trusting them cost me over $10,000…read more ACE Solves It All came to diagnose my A/C, spent five minutes on it, and claimed the compressor, condenser, and coils had all failed. Then they vented the refrigerant into the atmosphere (see video) and quoted me $16,000-$24,000 for a replacement system. The next day, a reputable company found the real issue was actually minor, and none of those components were bad. However, because ACE had already vented the refrigerant, and my system used an older type, I ended up having to replace it anyway. The more reputable company replaced the entire system--unit, air handler, everything--for just over $10,000--about *HALF* of ACE's quote. Bottom line: ACE Solves It All turned a simple fix into a full replacement and quoted double the price. Their efforts to make a sale cost me more than $10,000. Think very, very carefully before letting them touch your HVAC system.

First thing Monday, got a call back, had a plumber out to the house before 9:00 am. Caesar found the leak amazingly fast, and had it repaired in no time. I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing for almost 20 years and have usually been very satisfied with the…read moreservice. This time was no exception given the technician, Juan, was amazing. He properly took care of an outside faucet issue that was "repaired" previously 24 months before. I noticed my outside faucet was slightly spraying water from the "repair part" recommended two years prior. In April 2024, I called Harvey Baker Plumbing to fix this faucet as it was leaking from the knob at the time. A young gentleman came and said he did not have the part on his vehicle to replace it (something to do with the pipe size), but he could "repair" it. However, I would not be able to turn the water on and off from the faucet knob. He said the nozzle at the end of the hose would serve as the on/off mechanism. When I discovered the current leak, I called and the receptionist said she could get someone out between 12-2 the next day. I explained the previous situation above and said I definitely want the faucet "replaced" this time. She looked up my previous invoice and said she would note on the ticket the faucet should be replaced rather than repaired. Next day, she called again and said she could have the technician come out earlier if I was available. I said I was and Juan came 15 minutes later, a little after 10am. He was a joy to work with, smiling and providing great conversation and expertise! I explained everything and he said he had the necessary part to rectify the leak. He did a great job. When I got the invoice, I noticed the parts only cost $33 compared to the "repair" part of $10. I was surprised the previous gentleman couldn't drive 4 miles to the office to get the necessary part and recommended the "repair" instead. I estimated I could have saved approximately $200 of labor charges had the work been properly completed the first time. I would have requested the previous technician get the necessary part had I known the difference in part costs was minimal. At least the "repair" lasted 2 years. I will probably continue to use Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future, but I'll make sure I request a more seasoned technician like Juan next time. Final note - Harvey Baker Plumbing now charges a 3% credit card fee on the invoice, which was not their practice previously. It was not a big deal to me ($7.75), and I understand a family business would prefer cash or a check. If I have a major plumbing issue in the future, at least now I am aware of the added fee.
