Simon was great. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He tuned up all my sprinkler zones and replaced a couple heads that he couldn't clean. Pricing was reasonable and it was a quicker turn around than many other companies and didn't even return my call. Would definitely recommend. read more

It's very refreshing to have someone come out and give you their honest opinion and not try to rip you off. The owner came out, inspected the site, and informed me that he probably wasn't the best company for what I needed. And he gave me his top two recommendations. He didn't charge me a dime and he was happy to help. I will be sure to use him in the future when I have issues with my sprinkler system. read more

10/10 experience! On time, affordable, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently!! Thank you!

Quick service, some of our sprinkler heads were broken and they were able to fix them within an hour. Definitely recommend.

Excellent, quality service. Removed and replaced several sprinkler heads for better coverage of my lawn. Price was reasonable. I would use this company again. read more

While they do good work, are very kind, I do NOT recommend them. They charged us more than twice the amount on the cost of a brand new timer (Hunter PC-400), and overpriced the rain sensor, which would only make sense if we weren't already being charged for labor ($95 hourly) and the initial service charge ($40). I expect the valves ($75) are also a price gouge. They did not bring the parts they needed on the first day, and could only come back a week later, which is disappointing because we were flexible and agreed to change the appointment timeframe on the first day so they could make their other appointments work. They also misquoted us on the timeframe expected to complete the job on the second day. All in all, 4 new valves and a timer cost us nearly $1,000. I'm happy to remove this review if the owners can explain why they feel this price gouge is fair business practice. read more

Our irrigation system timer was no longer working correctly. We got a bill for $440 last month. Simon came out and advised the timer needed to be replaced. He also went through the heads and found a few that needed to be replaced. He recommended the Rachio timer. It monitors the local weather and adjusts your irrigation to not run if there is rain in the forecast. We hope it will save us money in the long run. read more

What a pleasant surprise - a completely competent and knowledgeable irrigation company. Simon is friendly, and serviced and adjusted my sprinklers. Also (under no pressure whatsoever) I purchased a web based irrigation control system. It is a smart home device which figures out when to water for the best lawn. I was irrigating twice a week and 2 times on each watering day because that is what the old company set it for. No wonder I have mold and fungus in the lawn and have to treat that. I am so happy I found Simon and the LawnMD. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new system or needing service on an old system. Also, with the smart water system, it is estimated I will reduce my water consumption by 60% or more. Just saying... read more

These guys are awesome! I called Monday afternoon and they were out here fixing my irrigation drip line the following morning. Really happy that they followed COVID protocols (masks, social distancing) Definitely recommended for any irrigation repair needs! read more

Thank you thank you thank you! Cannot say enough good things about Christian and Lloyd and their work on our sprinkler system! You see, I had come through and accidentally weed whacked a sprinkler head on our system. The wife had punctured a hole in a line feeding our flower beds out front. Which caused geysers of water and a lack of pressure in much of the rest. The grass wasn't growing, the HOA was unhappy, and I was working too hard. Enter the Lawn MD guys. In less than an hour, they'd repaired and replaced every sprinkler head and system part that was damaged. They improved the spray and height and exposure for the water, showed us how and where it wasn't working right, what they improved, when to water and not to water, and even explained the timer settings and exactly how to use it. Even gave us recommendations for when and how to improve the soil conditions. And then the damages. They were less than HALF of what we initially budgeted for. $150 for the complete service?!? They seriously did more work replacing the parts for cheaper than what I'd priced out for my own part buying. If I had known, I'd have called them A LOT SOONER. Seriously. You should, too. read more

They were absolutely fantastic! After receiving quotes to spend money on items that wouldn't have helped us whatsoever from Massey we felt the need to seek a second opinion. Our back lawn was in triage! Standing water causing moisture to creep under foundation. Lawn MD came to the rescue same day and took care of everything! Reasonably priced for all services rendered, but peace of mind knowing they found & corrected all our problems is priceless! Can't recommend them enough. From the initial call, to the completion of the job nothing but courteous, professional & extremely knowledgeable! We are very grateful to have found them on Yelp!!! read more

Just moved into a house with a sprinkler system. There seem to be a few hose leaks and heads not working. I also never has a system where I lived before so I didn't know how it works. Christian (tech) came out walked our property, tested each zone and head, made repairs, showed me how the system worked. Exactly what I need. Christian was friendly, cordial and respectful. He did a great job! very pleased with their service and costs. Thank you. read more

Lloyd just came out to sleuth out an irrigation problem for us ... we had a sprinkler zone that wasn't working. In an hour, he found and fixed the issue, and repaired a few sprinkler heads/bubblers that were either broken or needed to be adjusted. Awesome service and super friendly guy. Will definitely use them again! Ps - we actually pay for irrigation maintenance as part of our quarterly hoa dues, and they're terrible ... ridiculously expensive, and always crummy service. so keep these guys in mind if you need a back-up crew that costs much less for one-off issues like this read more

We had dreaded getting our sprinkler system repaired for a year. It's a necessity, but one we were afraid would be overly costly. On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Lloyd at The Lawn MD, and we're glad we did. With parts and two hours of labor, we were about $200 -- far, far less than we'd feared or imagined. He charges only about $72/hour, and puts in a full hour's hard work. Add to that, he's friendly, courteous and professional. Given that we're not exactly close to his address, I'm also pleased there was no travel charge. THe next time we need assistance, he'll definitely be our first call. read more

From start to finish, The Lawn MD took great care of issues and concerns. From the moment we picked up the phone and spoke with the customer service representative, we knew we were in great hands. The woman was beyond helpful, friendly and reassuring that their service would help all of our immediate needs. Here are the highlights of our service: * Lloyd was lovely, super knowledgeable and incredibly punctual. * We knew we had 1 sprinkler that had a major problem (water was aggresively shooting up and towards the wall of our house and towards the roof). He fixed the problem sprinkler head. * Lloyd also offered to do a quick review of all sprinklers and found others that were not working properly. He fixed those as well! * Additionally, he reviewed our current automated setup in the irrigation system to ensure that all of our zones were properly covered for the right amount of time, for the right days of the week. It wasn't set up correctly, so he fixed it and showed us to how maintain that as well! * All services were rendered for a reasonable price. We are new homeowners and I cannot stress how valuable it is to find a trustworthy company that provides excellent services at a price that is accomodating, which is so important for us at this moment. I'd highly recommend Lloyd and The Lawn MD for all of your irrigation needs. read more

Lloyd and Christian came out to relocate 3 zones, replace a solenoid on a zone that was not getting power plus an overall evaluation of the system. He replaced a number of heads and did all of the work in under two hours. PLUS did it in half the price of another bid I received. They are now my "go to" guys for all irrigation work. read more

Lloyd and his team provided incredible customer service, was very knowledgeable about his work, and took the time to do the job right. My sprinkler system had multiple line breaks and heads that needed to be replaced. After everything was fixed, Lloyd took the time to program my system to what he thought it should be along with some additional requests from me. You will not regret working with Lloyd, his prices are fair and he does incredible work. read more

Very professional company with great follow through. Would highly recommend using them.

Great experience. Needed time sensitive assistance and they responded very promptly and came out ASAP. Very courteous and friendly, while being COVID safe. We asked to look in to quite a few issues and he diligently remedied all of them. Not the cheapest, but reasonable considering their professionalism and service. read more

We bought a house and the irrigation system was a mess- leaks all over and broken heads. Lloyd had to dig up 4-5 section and pipe and replace and fixed several heads all for around $300. I think it was very reasonable and did not fix anything was wasn't broken. I highly recommend Lawn MD. As the other reviewer said he works the whole time and is very friendly. read more

Lloyd was on-time and extremely knowledgeable. After replacing two valves I still had one zone that didn't work correctly. He kept working until he found the issue. After replacing old rotor sprinklers with the correct sprinklers for the zone he was able to create the correct water pressure which led to a broken sprinkler in the backyard I didn't know existed. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Lloyd - Greg read more

Quick response, job well done, easy pay w Ccard. My new go to and they now are installing a super cool unit you can control w you phone. Game changer. read more

I used to have a maintenance contract with a major company, they really messed up my system and want to charge for any changes. So I fired them and have Lawn MD corrected and adjusted my system. They were quick and honest with a reasonable price. I recommended them to my neighbor and they were satisfied as well. read more

Lloyd and Christian were prompt, professional, and efficient. I had some major disruptions caused by roots and they resolved the problems with valve replacements, rewiring and a couple of hours of hard work. Lawn MD is not cheap. I had cheaper proposals that ended up costing me a lot more and with the problem not resolved and the system not functioning. I would place their prices in the fair range and worth every extra penny. All set for the dry season and glad to have been able to find sprinkler professionals to take care of my system. They have conquered another loyal client today. read more

I was looking for a "good & honest" company to fix & replace my sprinkler system that was very old and in desperate need of some TLC. I had a lawn service company treat my lawn due to "chinch bugs" and the sprinkler system did not work properly. I called "The Lawn MD " because of the reviews. Lloyd and Christian showed up and got right to work replacing the old 6 zone system and wiring in a updated smart sprinkler system that Lloyd recommended and so far, it works great. The guys worked hard in the hot sun to make the system work properly and always showed respect and made sure that I understood everything that was done and that I was satisfied, which I am! Next, fine turning the system! read more

Lloyd was very knowledgeable. We're new home owners and discovered that one of our zone was not working. The only thing we knew about our system was how to set and turn the timer on. Lloyd came and quickly found where our valves were and fixed the issue. He explained what was wrong and showed us how to manually turn our system on from the valves. Lloyd also offered to do a quick review of all sprinklers and found some that were not working properly. He was very honest and just told us to buy some new sprinkler heads to replace ourselves instead of charging us for something simple. He gave us tips on what to buy and the right amount of time we should be watering our grass. Service cost was reasonable. We were dreading to hire someone to fix our system for so long because we were expecting the cost to be more. I'd highly recommend Lloyd and The Lawn MD for all of your irrigation needs. read more

Great service! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and educational. Both owner and his partner were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They made sure to show me everything they did and explain clearly. I'm so glad they fixed my sprinkler system and if I ever need anything replaced I will definitely be calling him. read more

There's a reason why they have so many positive reviews. From the moment I called to set up an appointment until the moment they finished they were very professional, caring and courteous about the process. They communicate extremely well and truly care about getting it right. After I explained the situation to them over the phone, Lloyd let me know that it should be about a 2 hour job. In my head it seemed like my situation was way worse than that. Low and behold by the time Christian, the technician, came out it only took him about 1.5hrs to repair. Once he was completed, we reviewed all of his work and he wouldnt leave until everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. "Mom and pop" companies like this are getting rarer and rarer. I will only call them if I need any repairs in the future. read more

For the past 2 years my husband has been trying to get honest dependable people to take care of our sprinkler system. Lloyd and The Lawn MD was the first company that came, gave us good advice on getting our system in proper working order. It was like a breath of fresh air for someone to give us honest answers on what needs to be done and what could be left as is. He gave us recommendations on what was needed for our system, not his pocketbook. Would highly recommend him and his company to anyone. read more

After a competitor showed up 3 hours late to my grandparents' house, in a pickup truck with no tools or supplies, we called Lloyd. He showed up right on time, and was able to find the defective valve quickly. It turned out that their sprinkler system had an off-sized pipe that had no business being used for a residential system, yet Lloyd found an adapter in his well-stocked van. He was punctual, polite and a very fast worker, not to mention that his price was almost $100 below his competitor's estimate. I highly recommend this company. read more

Lloyd was responsive and great to work with. Honest. Dependable. What more could you ask for!

Very honest and straightforward. Not only was efficient and thorough but was able to make astute observations on optimal care for our lawn for the future. Highest recommendation. read more

I found the Lawn MD through Yelp, so it is only fitting that I continue the trend for others. Lloyd was fantastic to work with... my sprinklers have given me issues for the last year, but Lloyd helped adjust, move, and correct problem areas in 90 minutes - and for an extremely reasonable price. He also set my schedule better to accommodate my type of lawn and soil... The Lawn MD is a life saver! read more

Very Pleased with the prompt response and service.  Yelp reviews where on point.  Called today to have a section of our irrigation system checked since it did not worked, left message and within 15 mins received a call back from Lloyd.  Appointment was set for same day and Christian (tech) came on time, from beginning to finish very professional service.  Christian was very friendly and knowledgeable on the matter, he not only fixed our problem (sylenoid) but also was able to check all zones and replaced sprinklers which where broken.  Very satisfied with the great service and experience with Christian and this company. read more

Lloyd and Christian of Lawn MD just repaired our sprinklers in our front yard. They arrived exactly on time, where very polite and friendly, efficient with the repairs, and fair with the price. I highly recommend Lawn MD and will most definately call them for all of our future irrigation needs. read more
