He proceeded to snake the main line from the Outside drain pipe located one foot from the back of the house. When he was done he showed me the water flowing thru the drain. I paid him by check in the amount of $389. About a week later, the same problems started again. Water and sludge backing up into the shower, toilets not flushing and a terrible odor. I called Plumbing Solutions and they sent the same technician out on November 18, 2025. He did not not any work to remedy the problem, but proceeded to explain that A) there was too much water being used at once in the house, B) people are using flushable wipes, and C) the pipes are too small to handle the amount of water and waste. He again showed me the water flowing thru the main water pipe. He did not inspect the inside pipes nor offer any other solution. On November 21, again the same problems arose, I called Plumbing Solutions and was informed by the owner, Dave that if the technician comes out again it would be another $389. charge. He stated that only one follow-up call is allowed per incident. I argued that the problem hasn't been fixed and he advertises Guaranteed work. He dismissed me and stated again that there would be another charge. I declined to pay and he did not send a technician. On November 22, 2025, I purchased a 50 foot long plumbing snake for $54. from Lowes and snaked the main line from the outside drain pipe to the septic tank, hitting resistance at 45 feet and then was able to clear and snake the remaining 5 feet. Since then, there has been no plumbing problems at all. The water in all house drains runs smoothly and all toilets flush without clogging. The owner refuses to refund my money even though he advertises a guaranty and warranty for 30 of his work.

I provided a few pictures with details of what I wanted and the next day, I got a very reasonable quote to do the work. It took me a couple of days to review some other quotes and scope of work before I got back to Antonio. After I let him know he could do the work he gave me a starting date the next week. He came on time and he and two of his crew, excavated compacted, and set the forms for the concrete Poor. Because of the location of the pad, it was not possible to bring a cement mixer in, and the crew had to do it by hand. Nevertheless, they completed the work within eight hours and provided instructions to cover it when the rains came this afternoon, which they are coming. Frederick, the back office guy, and Antonio were equally professional and kept their word to do just what I asked for. I would highly recommend Antonio Barrows to do cement work for anyone. The owner is friendly and responsive and a trustworthy guy all around. The crew that maintains our landscaping is amazing! Very friendly guys, very respectful of my property, pets and family and always smiling and saying "Hi!" when I see them. The lawn service is done correctly with a mow every week in warm months and every other week in the cool months, lawn and garden edging, along with weed pulling and shrub and tree trimming where required. I recently had the crew replace the trees on my property with trees more tropical in nature vs. the ones that the builder placed on my property that weren't in best shape and would cause damage to pavers and sidewalk down the road. I have to say that I am amazed that they were able to get me some amazing trees for my property. Clarence and Warley always have an excuse why they can answer the phone or text back. I paid over 2600 dollars fora deposit. Warley only be onsite twice for 5 minutes. Clarence came once after the work was starting to be performed. They left all the materials on my grass now the grass is dying. When you speak to them whenever that is they assure you that everything will be handled. I wouldn't advise to use them. They are doing too many jobs at once so smaller jobs get the least amount of attention and professionalism.
