Service was perfect. I had to replace 3 rotors, raise two of them and move another due to a fence being installed right over the top of one of them. Prices were reasonable as far as I know. I don't know a lot about cost for sprinkler repairs but I would and will use Same Day Sprinkler Repair for further issues if they arise.

After digging to get access to the leak(s) he showed me the problem and we discussed the options. After 27 years it rapidly became obvious that rebuilding the manifold/valve part of the system with new materials would be the best long term solution. He replaced all of the original (6) valves with new Rainbird PGA valves and new piping. After getting the wiring to the solenoids finished it was time to test and everything is leak free and working perfectly! His pricing is very fair and he was open and honest in his assements and recommendations. Didnt even take the time to make it look nice or even. They left large ugly branches with no leaves on them and destroyed the wind coverage and privacy! Violation of Industry Pruning Standards: The vendor stripped well over the recommended canopy limit in a single trimming, leaving bare branches with zero foliage. Over-pruning to this degree violates ANSI A300 Pruning Standards (the national standard for tree care) and significantly stresses mature trees, creating both aesthetic damage and potential long-term health risks for the trees. When asked to stop because of the damage they were causing, they ignored us. If you want lazy, rude, negligent workers, here they are. My returning guests are now complaining about the lack of privacy, and it's affecting my business. When I confronted their foreman, he blatantly lied, blaming the damage on a hurricane. However, I was home during the storm, and the only debris in the neighborhood was a few small branches--none of which Rightways even bothered to clean up. Instead of taking responsibility, the foreman ran off after telling me that if I wanted a new hedge (only 18 inches high), I would have to pay for it--and they would have to dig up my existing ferns as well. Rightways Landscaping refuses to fix the damage they caused, leaving me with no clear solution to restore my property's privacy without making it look even worse. Their negligence is costing me guests, and I regret ever hiring them. Avoid Rightways Landscaping at all costs! To make matters worse, my HOA hired Rightways Landscaping and is completely siding with them, refusing to hold them accountable for the damage. Despite clear evidence that the hedge was deliberately removed, they are backing Rightways' false claim that a hurricane caused it--even though I was home and know for a fact there was no significant damage in the neighborhood. This has left me with no privacy, upset guests, and no solution, as Rightways refuses to fix what they destroyed unless I pay for it. Their proposed "solution" is an 18-inch hedge that wouldn't restore my privacy at all, and they want to rip up my existing ferns in the process. The HOA's lack of support makes this even more frustrating. If you live in a community where Rightways is contracted, be warned--they will not take responsibility for their mistakes, and you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own. Avoid them at all costs!

At first, Dax was very friendly, responded to my texts/ phone calls, and showed up on time. But…read morethis didn't last long. When I contacted him, he only replied with "call the office," but nobody there picked up. He promised a schedule of every 10 days mowing but didn't show up for 15 days. When we confronted him about the mowing and that he still didn't put the sprinklers into the ground, or brought the sand for the seating area he yelled at us, called us names, and walked out without doing his job. He never came back to finish what we paid for. Save your money! He's only professional until he has your money, and then he drops you like a hot stone.
