I provided a few pictures with details of what I wanted and the next day, I got a very reasonable quote to do the work. It took me a couple of days to review some other quotes and scope of work before I got back to Antonio. After I let him know he could do the work he gave me a starting date the next week. He came on time and he and two of his crew, excavated compacted, and set the forms for the concrete Poor. Because of the location of the pad, it was not possible to bring a cement mixer in, and the crew had to do it by hand. Nevertheless, they completed the work within eight hours and provided instructions to cover it when the rains came this afternoon, which they are coming. Frederick, the back office guy, and Antonio were equally professional and kept their word to do just what I asked for. I would highly recommend Antonio Barrows to do cement work for anyone. I will follow up after the pad has cured and send a picture.

Clarence and Warley always have an excuse why they can answer the phone or text back. I paid over 2600 dollars fora deposit. Warley only be onsite twice for 5 minutes. Update to our review of May 4, 2024…read more All the good things I had to say after Greg had his guys redo the poor first attempt at resurfacing our driveway last year went right out the window this morning. I first attempted to contact Greg via email to schedule the agreed upon annual inspection on June 4, 2025. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks, he finally responded with a proposal on July 13th which detailed the work to be done at a cost to us of $500. We accepted the proposal that same day. Greg cautioned that he would schedule our work along with other jobs he had in the area, so there could be a wait - which was no problem for us. After hearing nothing for several weeks however, I asked for an update on August 25. He responded on August 28th that he currently had no projects scheduled for the "Deltona or Daytona" areas but would advise when he did. On October 7 he asked if "the next 4-6 weeks" would work for us, to which I immediately said yes, and requested a couple of days advance notice so I could power wash the driveway. Then nothing again for 8 weeks, so I asked again via email on December 7 for an update. Nothing again, so I called and talked directly to Greg on December 17. He was obviously surprised and less than happy to hear from me and arranged to come over on Monday morning 12/22 @ 9:00am to discuss the matter further. He arrived at 8:11 and apparently agitated about something. He then proceeded to tell me immediately that he wanted nothing more to do with us - that we were far out of his normal operational territory and that he simply couldn't afford to support us any further. After some back and forth in which I was trying to figure out just exactly what "maintenance" would be required to keep the driveway looking good, he decided to terminate the meeting by addressing me as "Look Dude, this is going nowhere . . . . . . ." - to which I reminded him I was not "Dude" to him, but instead "Mr. Customer." At this, he departed. I guess he might have thought a bit more about our meeting after leaving because I received a text from him at 9:15am directing me to contact him sometime after the new year, around 1/15/2026 - and not by email (verifiable paper trail?). And for what purpose should I contact Him? To get strung along for another six months? For some more surly treatment? No thanks. Bottom line - these guys are capable of delivering some incredibly nice work; but are equally capable of delivering some incredibly shabby customer service.

Couldn't speak more highly about Greg K and his crew at Sun Surfaces of Orlando! If you're looking…read moreto get your garage flooring done, I highly recommend giving them a call! We recently moved into a new construction home, and I wanted to get a quality epoxy/polyaspartic coating for our garage floor. I gave them a call and Greg K promptly picked up and answered the many questions I had about the process and quality of their materials. He was no pressure, detailed, and fantastic to work with throughout the process. I've worked with and hired many companies for various services over the years, and I can honestly say that I think my experience with Greg was the best I have ever had, and that's really saying something. Wow, was I impressed. Very professional, responsive, detail-oriented, went above and beyond on numerous occasions. I can't speak highly enough about him. Then there's the quality of the materials and installation. The process spanned a few days due to the number of coats they do, and man was it worth it! They were very detail-oriented and clean throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable as well, considering how many hours they spent with a couple guys each day. I'm very satisfied with the end result! I can't speak to their other services, but if you're looking for quality garage flooring in the Orlando or Clermont area, I highly recommend reaching out to them! And ask for Greg!

I would not recommend Fence Mall based on my experience. I…read morepaid a $1,600 deposit for a vinyl fence installation. Before any materials were ordered or work began, we submitted the required application to our HOA for approval. Unfortunately, the HOA denied the request and would only approve a black metal fence. As soon as I received the denial, I contacted Fence Mall and explained the situation. Since I specifically wanted a vinyl fence, I decided not to move forward with the project and requested my deposit back. They agreed to refund it, but told me they would keep 35% of my deposit as a cancellation fee. $600 To my knowledge, no materials had been ordered and no installation work had started because everyone was waiting for the HOA's decision. Despite that, they kept approximately $600 from my deposit. I understand that businesses need cancellation policies, but charging such a large fee before any materials were purchased or work was performed is unfair. I was unable to proceed due to circumstances outside of my control, and I don't believe keeping hundreds of dollars in this situation is reasonable. Specially with todays economy I hope Fence Mall reconsiders how it handles situations like this, because it left me feeling like I paid $600 for absolutely nothing. I encourage anyone considering using them to carefully read the cancellation terms before signing a contract. Or just wait for your association approval before giving deposit ...

Robert Martinez, a representative of Fence Mall, 407-614-6158, CP 407-861-8271, came to my house, took measurements, photos, and we discussed various options. He provided a formal estimate the next day. I also received estimates from two other companies. Robert's Fence Mall estimate was within the estimates of the other companies. I chose Fence Mall because of outstanding reviews and Robert's attention to detail. The installation crew arrived on time, with all the necessary materials and expertise. Within several hours the doors were completed and properly installed. They did an excellent job. The doors are well built, very sturdy, and high quality materials. I am extremely happy with Fence Mall and Robert Martinez.
