From the beginning nothing but professional. Came before the job and did a look over of my yard, we talked about what needed to be done. On the day of the job they were on time, we walked around again and I added a small tree for removal, no problem. At the 3/4 point they did another walkthrough with me and there were some vines I wanted removed. Again, no problem. After completing the job another walkthrough wit me and my daughter. She had ALOT of questions, all of them were answered, and even resources other than them were given to her. Rob and his team at Fagan Landscaping are fantastic! We were recommended Fagan landscaping through Lukas Nursery and we're so glad we chose to use them. We had a pretty large landscaping project consisting of both our front and back yard. We added several large plant beds with tropical plants and resodded. They also added metal edging to the curved beds and modified our existing sprinkler system to add drip lines in the new planters. The team is very professional and take pride in their work. Rob has been great about keeping our line of communication open and also assisting us with plant and design selections that we didn't have covered in our design from Lukas Nursey (also awesome by the way, ask for Ruth Akerman). In this day and age it can be really difficult to find and hire good people and trustworthy companies. The attention to detail, care, and pride in their work was evident. I wish all of our projects were with folks like the people at Fagan Landscaping. They transformed our yard into an oasis. I recently hired Fagan Landscaping to re-do part of my backyard. I was very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company! Robert Fagan, the owner was fantastic to work with and I so admired his expertise. He and his crew, Randy and Jeff were knowledgeable, diligent and reliable in all their work. Robert was also a great communicator. He kept me updated on the progress of the project and the crew was always on time. They removed bamboo from the pool area, replaced with large Podocarpus shrubs, removed other bushes, replaced with gardenias, sodded the backyard and mulched all the flower beds in the front and back. Fagan Landscaping was one of 3 companies referred to me by a local nursery for help with a backyard overhaul: New plants, new flower bed cut into yard, trees, garden rock and border and irrigation adjustment. Fagan Landscaping was the most responsive. I worked directly with Rob who came out, gave me an estimate, handled pickup of all materials, did a great job with the install, and even handled swapping out and returning some of the original materials with the nursery during and at the end of the Job. We had some delays due to the hurricane, but Rob stayed in contact with me, always showed up when he said he would, let me know what to expect, and did a great job. The finished product looks great, and he also emailed care and maintenance instructions to keep things looking good. Easily the best contractor I have worked with in a while: very knowledgeable, easy to work with and reliable. Would 100% recommend to others. read more

I hired Fagan landscaping on a recommendation from my new weed control company. He charges $100 for an irrigation system inspection. He found that I needed to sprinkler heads replaced and for sprinklers elevated. He quoted me $600 in addition to the $100 I already paid. He also required that $300 be paid to make an appointment for repairs with the remaining $300 due upon completion of the work. That was a red flag for me. I've had multiple service people at this house since we've moved in two years ago with some work over $10,000. I have never had a company wanting to have half the payment upfront just to schedule an appointment. I ended up hiring Guardian Lawn care for the repairs. I had to pay for another inspection. They repaired three sprinkler heads and elevated five sprinkler heads. The total price was $404. Almost $300 less than Fagan for additional work. Fagan also told me he would adjust my irrigation schedule but only if I hired him for the repairs. I would not recommend this company but if you need work done fast it might be a good option. I will also not be taking any more recommendations from the weed control service. They must have been getting kickbacks. read more
