I have been an Aayna customer since early 2012 when they had their Glendora location. I began seeing Geet and followed her to the Covina location and now the Upland location, as she has moved here since last week. Geet is experienced and really great at carefully listening to her customers' wants. She does her threading in a gentle way and perfectly shapes my brows to my liking. I am VERY picky with my eyebrows - there is a reason why i now drive 15+ miles just to see her. Their stamp card program is an additional bonus to the good service. Prices are reasonable too ($7), but for their location areas, I think $5-$6 would be more reasonable. Parking is super easy and convenient in the Vons shopping center. read more

Don't come here. They will roughhouse your eyebrow threading & probably won't do them correctly. Save your money and go elsewhere. The owner replied to my review suggesting I was a fake person with a fake review. I definitely am not. My mom went in and got horrible service and told me about it. Very surprised by the good reviews however I had a horrible experience. Came here a couple of weeks ago with my sister, I needed them done quick and stopped by, there was 2 ladies here the older one was very nice but the younger was rude and unprofessional. She must have been back from lunch because her fingers smelled like garlic, she chewed gum loudly in my face and she left my brows shapeless because she was in a hurry. She rolled her eyes when she saw customers waiting?? and scoffed a little as she threaded them. Bottomline: Hated my eyebrows, had a bad experienced and felt rushed and un-welcomed. read more

When getting my eyebrows done it was fast and my brows came out good. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the lady was rude and when it was time to pay, all of a sudden she's kinda nice and kept saying "TIP?! TIP?! TIP?!" Like dang lady chill. I have no problem with tipping, but you can't just be rude to me and all of a sudden be nice. Also, be careful if you get your lip done. I got mine done and she went all the way down to my chin (which was hairless and unnecessary), never had threader go that deep, and I broke out pretty bad the next day. read more

It's ridiculous the amount of time that you have to wait for somebody to do your eyebrows on a Friday and Saturday only have two employees. I feel bad for the employees when you're getting upset but it's not their fault. read more

My first time here and I had a bad experience I've been growing my eyebrows for over 3 months so I told the lady on the first chair that I just simply wanted a clean up. She said okay before I even finished talking ( so she didn't wanna hear it) then shows me first eyebrow she made it thin ‍ at that point well I have to wait for the other one and she made them uneven. One arched the other just thin and no shape. So I told her and she insisted they looked the same but I can clearly see they looked bad so the lady Sony in the second chair came to help she tried to fix it at least to even it out a bit but at this point my eyebrows are back to thin and not the saga or I was looking for anyway I'm giving a 2 star at the fact that Sony tried to help and at least she wasn't like the first arrogant lady who messed up my eyebrows she works on the first chair.( bad attitude, bad service and can't even define what even looks like) read more

After being turned down by my regular threading eyebrow lady at my regular spot for the 2nd time for a reason or another. I yelped other spots and this one came up. I'm so picky n scared because it has taken me a long time to grow my eyebrows and get them to where I'm very content. However I talked myself to it and prayed about it, seriously. Well I walked in I told the lady, I yelped this place and she was like ok I told her how scared I was n she said not to worry. She called a lady from the back n in their language said something to her all I understood was Yelp...lol Well no regrets I found my new threading spot and its closer to my house!!! I went here once lady was super sick. She's DID NOT WAS HER HANDS after blowing her nose. Then I sat on the chair. I noticed pair of used scissors from The Who knows how many passed customers. And used them on me. I was way to dumb and nice idk why I didn't speak up but never again. I broke out like a motha! This is also not fake it's been months never left a review . Then, I felt the rudeness of her response and customer service as she did not receive customer input and Desire for their brows. My second visit was a lot better! I am glad I went back! Do NOT have your eyebrows threaded here! They have new staff and the girl that did my eyebrows today had a cold kept sucking up her snot the entire time she was doing my eyebrows and she totally reshaped my eyebrows, left a complete bald spot when all I wanted was to have them cleaned up! Then she tried telling me that my eyebrow was already like that! I will never go back here again! I'd i could give a zero star I would. read more
