Took off front of the brow on just this one

Can be a hit or miss no matter who you get but very good customer service. Today they came out thin and uneven, they took off the front of only one brow which was disappointing. Next time I'll let them know not to touch that part.

First time here I'm picky on who I let thread my eyebrows so it took me awhile to find someone I like but Sonia did an amazing job and exactly how I wanted she made them even as well since mine grow in uneven and she was super sweet and nice.

Left my eyebrows so bad with bald spots & rushed in my service just because the other client wanted the same girl as me don't recommend!

Honestly I went in there thinking they would do a decent job but came out with bad spots on my eyebrows rushed my service and still left me with a bunch of hairs around my eyebrows from recommend!!

I've been coming here for years for Sonia (chair 1) and Kailas (chair 2). Sonia started cutting too much of my brow off and it would be uneven. So I decided to try chair 2 and my eyebrows were uneven again. Won't be returning after more than 5 years of being a loyal customer to them.

Got my eyebrows done today with my daughter. We actually like coming here and this was the first bad experience we've had. I just wanted a clean up.i got two different eyebrows in the end. When the lady at booth 4 asked me if I liked them I told her one was different and thinner. And she argued with me that they were the same. She said she coul make the other one thinner but then it wouldn't match the other one. Now im walking around looking like Frankensteins monsters. Very sad and disappointed

This is probably one of the best places to get your eyebrows threaded. Most of the times the work is very good. They manage to shape my patchy eyebrows very well. Prices are very low and the ladies are pleasant. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. Will continue coming here and recommend it.

I love this place !!! Iam a regular customer there, and they call me by name which I love ! I get a my eyebrows done there ever time and they are always great !!! I also get a Brazilian wax and under arm and they do an amazing job and there not that expensive. I also get it done on my lunch break which is convenient for me!!!! I've been coming here for a few years now. All 3 ladies are very friendly and nice. I would recommend this place to get your eyebrows threaded. I'm very picky about my eyebrows and you just have to specify and let them know how you want them and they'll do a good job. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Kailas for at least the past five years. She does an exceptional job and I always leave there with a smile. Sometimes I'll go in on her day off and I know the other ladies will still do a great job. Everyone is super friendly and the shop is always very clean. I can't express how much I love this place! Went in for the first time on Friday and I was immediately seated to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who worked on my poorly self-shapened eyebrows worked magic on it! I never knew my eyebrows could look so much longer and nicer. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded too, and it was less painful than I expected! The staff was welcoming and kind and I never felt better walking out of a store. Couldn't stop looking at my eyebrows on the way back home. Definitely worth the drive from Riverside to Corona for this business. They know what they're doing for sure! Tired this place out yesterday. I was impressed. I have been going to my threader for a few years now and she was out of town. Usually i would just wait but it's new years so i read the reviews and tried it our for myself. As i entered they all greeted me. Almost too nice...LOL j/k and then she asked me what i wanted as far as my eyebrows. She didn't just do what she wanted. Keep asking me if i was ok and she talked to me and tried to get to know me while i was in her chair. Unfortunately i was sick and didn't hold the conversation not wanting to breath in her face. I love this place, the ladies there are much friendlier compared to most places, they always greet you and there is never a long wait. Only time I waited long was a Friday after work so it was understandable. Sharlee (I think thats how you spell her name) always does a fantastic job. She's super sweet, always asks if im ok (cause of the pain lol) the little mini temple massage at the end is the best, I will definitely have to come back for a facial. Best of all this place is cheap! I used to drive all the way to VG to Ziba to get my brows done, but got sick of the high cost and the drive so decided to try someplace else and im glad I did. read more

Best eyebrow threading place ever. I have been attended by every single lady that works here and every single time they are all on point. Never had a single complaint about the work. It's always quick and they leave my eyebrows matching perfectly. I recently moved from corona to Laguna Hills and I still drive up here just to have them do my eyebrows. I wouldnt trust anyone else. BY FAR the best threading place I've been to. This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows. I started coming here my jr. year of high school (almost 4 years ago) and even when I left for college to Northern California I still come back during my breaks. I have tried so hard finding a place like this in Berkeley (where I go to college), but they are way over priced and horrible. But Aayna has always been great with eyebrows for an amazing price. Everyone there is welcoming and extremely nice. They actually care about you, and you aren't 'just another customer.' I highly recommend this threading place. I so wish they opened one in Norcal so that I wouldn't have wait so long to get them done when I come back home. read more

I come here all the time for my eyebrows and Brazilian wax. Sonia is the best she keeps my eyebrows looking great. I never had a bad a experience with her. By far my favorite place for my brows , they fixed my brows 1 week before my wedding about 2 years ago , and since then I have been their every 3 weeks ! Moved to corona recently and was nervous to try a new place. Came here based on yelp reviews. The place was full so I expected a wait but was immediately rushed over to chair four. I asked her to clean them up and keep them natural. I hadn't gotten them done in a couple months so I expected it to take awhile. She stopped after about one min to show me the result. I asked her to take a little more off. She took maybe two hairs off and showed me again. I noticed she was taking more off the top and not enough off the bottom making my eyebrows appear lower. This made me nervous to ask for more off. I told her they were fine and paid and went on my way. As a blonde I have a lot of peach fuzz around my brows which I expected to be taken off. It was NOT. My eyebrow hairs are very long and not trimmed. And even my boyfriend who barely notices if I have eyeliner on even noticed my eyebrows look lower. They don't feel clean or neat at all. I'll be going to a different place to have my eyebrows fixed and hopefully that place will be my new regular spot. I should have known she would do a bad job based on her own thick and ugly eyebrows. So upset. Wish I didn't even pay but I'm not that type of person. read more

This is BY FAR the Worst place I've gotten my eyebrows done at YET! One eyebrow was shorter and thinner than the other and the said they "fixed my face" what was wrong with it to begin with? Then after warning my sister returned to the shop after months of coming here and they completely took off more than 2/3 of each eyebrow! After coming to the car crying I DEMANDED A REFUND and then the Woman THREATENED ME sayind she'll remember my face and see me around?! Worst business customer service and ill mannered people. I warn everyone who loves their eyebrows as much as anyone else and DOESN'T WANT THEM BOTCHED. Save the money, go somewhere else. read more

I moved to Eastvale from Orange County. I always trust in Yelp review on average. I have to find my new threading place near by. I keep reading yelp review for all location.my relative took me at this place and told me while we were on the way that they have all employees with experience of more than 15 years in threading as she knows personally. I gamble on her and OMG.. I don't understand why this place has only few yelp review.if yelp allow mo to do it, I might post 100 review for their artist. I have been to this place twice now to get my brows done. Even though they have a bunch of chairs set up when you first come in, I don't think that Anybody ever waited more than about 10 minutes to be helped. The first time that I went in here, the girl that helped me, station 2(her name is Kailas as per stamp card)gave me advice and told me to grow my brows out before I came back so that she could thread them "correctly" and get the arch right when I came in next time. I have never had someone threading my brows offer me advice about how to make them look better, so I was happy to have her helping me out. I went in again last night to get them re-done now that they have been growing out for a few weeks - - I can admit - they were a mess and they were a lot of work. I know it. Kaila took her time and did it exactly the way i want it.she said that she just wanted to make sure she shaped the arch right.... my kinda threading!!! They just start new promo.. Eyebrow,upper lip and chin threading for $13 only..I always give $5 as a tip because their price is very low compared to their service. They look beautiful now and I am so happy that I stopped in.highly recommend this place whoever pick the best service. read more

i just moved in corona couple months ago. i went to one UNKNOWN eyebrow threading next to produce store on 6th street and made my eyebrow so thin and uneven..one of my friend recommend me aayna threading as she go always at that salon for last 3 years so believe in her..and GUESS WHAT!!!!! This place deserves every 5-star rating it has, and more! kailas is the owner, i think(the way she answer every single question so nicely), totally friendly and extremely experienced. My eyebrows are a little thin but she knew exactly what to do with them, evening them out and making them look great now and even better when they fully grow in and she can shape them more. On top of being so inexpensive for the top notch service she provides ($7 for eyebrow and $4 for lip!), there's a punch card so you can get eyebrow threading for FREE after some service( i forgot how many..six or seven). THX GOD...i found you and thx to amanda who recommend me this place. read more

I am owner of Aayna Threading Salon. As we are the HIGHEST rated eyebrow threading salon in Yelp in riverside county, some people are obviously not happy. I got a call from lady( her name start from Y) and mention about bad service and threaten me to post bad review and will defame my salon name in her own group. I just want to let everybody knows about this kind of people who just want to black mail you by defaming your business name or by other way. We always try our level best to provide quality service but cant satisfy this kind of people whose intensions are wrong. This review is specially for my all loyal clients. read more

I recently had a lash lift, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The process was relaxing, and the technician was incredibly professional and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My lashes look amazing--beautifully curled, lifted, and so natural! The best part is how much time it saves in my daily routine. I love waking up with lashes that look like I've already applied mascara. It's such a confidence boost! I agree with the review below that gave booth 4 a low review. I feel as if one of my brows is nicely arched and the other one is flat. Two different shaped eyebrows. Didn't argue in the moment, but also I would like to think people have eyes to notice how different the brows came out. Giving another star because I've been here before multiple times and have not had this experience. Sometimes they come out too thin but never this bad. read more

I always get my eyebrows here and I love their work! The only thing is I went a few days ago and one of the younger girls messed up my eyebrows . One is thinner and higher than the other. I usually get Sonia or the 2nd chair . But overall they do nice brows. I just don't like that they have higher the price to $8 and I thought $7 was already expensive . Especially since I leave tip . read more

Kay is the absolute best! She's so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly talented at what she does. Every time I go to her, I leave feeling confident and obsessed with my brows.
