Good news: our garage door was installed properly…read more Bad news: 1) Original door was the incorrect size which delayed installation several weeks 2) Installers arrived unscheduled and without notice at least twice 3) Installer left all of the trash in our barn 4) Installer did not ask permission to use equipment in the barn to complete the project. Overall, the objective was accomplished, the barn now has a working garage door, but it's unfortunate that the quality of service was so unsatisfactory we'd be hard pressed to give this company another chance to complete future projects or to receive any referral business.
