John was very professional, polite and very patient with all my questions - and he tried to save me money by explaining that even if the sellers and their friends and family all had copies of the manuals for the old locks they could not override them once he programmed a new code into them, but my peace of mind was worth the expense of the two new electronic locks. John also rekeyed my old-timey mechanical locks for the walk-in entry to the garage. I can't recommend John The Locksmith highly enough, he's the only locksmith I will use from now on.
