It would have taken a lot less time if had an outside outlet for one of the tools he needed. He tried hard to save are lock but unfortunately was unable to. I was ok with it because we had plans to replace the lock anyway. He pleasant and friendly. It was only $100 for the call and replace the lock, and the lock he replaced it with was very similar to the one we were looking at which cost nearly $30 brand new, and that is what he charged me for the lock.
