He left me an invoice for 5700 which I paid 4k in cash and they were supposed to return to hang fixtures pour back concrete and cover the hole they dug and id pay the remainder of the invoice. After weeks of dodging me the owner proceeds to tell me he's not returning unless I pay him another $3200 cash despite having a blance of $1700. These people don't have principle and care more about profit then their own reputation. It's been 7 weeks since Mar19th they were out here last and am just now hearing this after weeks of trying to get them to come back out that they wont return unless I pay more than the agreed upon price. One of their employees almost knocked my head clean off while running the mini ex. They forgot to plumb in a sink. Smoking weed on the job which my wife and 10 year old son witnessed. My wife also got them on recording sitting around smoking and when they heard me come down the dirt road they'd be back to work acting like they were working the whole time when I went into town to get them parts.

I just had a new HVAC unit installed today in conjunction with their Costco deal - as of this…read moreevening it is blowing cold air and they didn't put my old thermostat back on - when I called the 24 hr line it was a less than reassuring experience...I got sucked in by the chance to finance the unit instead of having my dependable guy do the same unit but paying in full ....so far I'm not happy &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& I sent emails and texts to all I had spoken to and this am a tech came out and after opening the service panel found a couple things that should have been addressed I assume at install....he stayed to make sure that system was actually blowing warm air which is appreciated....I am changing stars but honestly will be on guard as I am concerned by the plethora of other less than complimentary reviews....it is obvious though I have no problem updating my review

Airco Service could not care less about their customers. I once again contacted them and they said…read morethey would pass it off to the project manager Jared. Guess who has still not contacted me...Jared. It is June 1, 2026 and I am getting ready to contact them again. I am done being nice and patient. I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.
