Billy was very friendly and polite, dressed clean and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem, a condensate drain left undone by previous HVAC company. The drip pan had filled and tripped the float switch. He fixed the drain and vacuumed all the water out and dried out everything and the unit started working again. He then checked the refrigerant levels, topping off the low systems. All this in less than 2 hours and with service call and labor and refrigerant, less than $220! Never again taking chances with anyone else!

He went the extra mile for us with some tricky landscaping and drainage issues at the house. The installation involved a good-sized area of the yard to be enclosed in black chain link with two gates.
