Anyway on advice from a friend I called Chris at C&M Plumbing on a Monday morning at opening time. He came out immediately and assessed my issue in seconds. He then made a few calls putting off the mornings appointments so he could tend to my problem. That included getting an AC friend to come ASAP as well to move furnace and cooling parts to get my old unit out. I had to work nights so I went to bed and awoke with a brand new unit which is amazing with tons of hot water and no more cold showers. But, the weird thing is I've never met him before and he moved mountains to complete my job. Simply amazing service and I would recommend to anyone in my area. Thanks Chris!

The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.
