(had to pay my electrician extra to do it) trim wasn't installed correctly and made them come back and fix. doors didn't come with a key pad that's extra (didn't tell us that on the bid) so if you get a bid from them ask questions I didn't I assumed which is my fault. get everything in writing. thanks
