On the chaise lounge you could see all the staples down each side of it. I advised the delivery guys of the problem, and they took it back to the truck. After they unpacked the sofa, I noticed it was of poor assembly as well. I spoke to supervisor and he advised that when they bring the replacement chaise back, they could get sofa replaced as well! He would work that out with conns! I have been talking to Conns manager Derrick and Jose at the delivery company. Now they said they can't take it back and the finance company American first Finance said they won't take it back, but continue to bill me for both items. I absolutely refuse to pay for something that does not meet my expectations!! No one is taking ownership of this issue, and I won't pay form danaged goods!! At this point, I don't want the couch at all. I can get somewhere else! I surely am not going to pay 420.21 a month for poor quality furniture!
