    So they finally showed up. They went to the wrong house. I had to chase the guy down the street and…read moretell him he had the wrong address. He came in and looked at it and left - didn't speak much English. So they made me wait 8 days, after no showing twice, just to look at the fridge. Then we had to wait another week. She took 3 days just to call me and set up a time to repair. We scheduled for Tuesday between 12 - 4 Pm. I took off work. I set up time to be home. Monday at 10:30 am the same guy shows up to do the repairs. Of course the fridge was still plugged in and not dried out. I was about to unplug the fridge when he stopped me and said "no need." No need? You're going to work on electrical wires with the fridge still plugged into the wall? Then, he plugged his equipment in and blew a fuse in the kitchen. I said, "you probably blew a fuse I just have to find the box" (we just moved in). And he keeps repeating in broken English "why power no work, I can't fix with no power." The guy repairs appliances and he didn't know what fuses and a fuse box are. I swear I have never seen such an incompetent difunctional repair service in my life. How are they still in business? Unbelievable. If I could give them negative stars I would. For the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks I have had to cancel on clients and rearrange my entire schedule because of these morons who can't manage a schedule and don't even know that you're supposed to unplug equipment before tampering with wires. I'm beyond appalled. And if I call to complain I'll get a mouth full of excuses from the manager and no apology. Nothing. How do places like this stay in business?

It took a week to get an appointment, the tech came (was punctual at least), was quite rude, spent 25 minutes "fixing" the washer and left. When we tried to run a load later, the same problem occurred. I called the company asking for a tech to come back today and was told there is no availability despite the fact the problem was not resolved. At this point, I am calling Home Depot to let them know and will just pay for someone to come promptly and fix my washing machine. I guess you get what you pay for, right?

So I figured there was some negation room as far as price, well when I started to try to negotiate Kevin wasn't interested in the least not one dollar and he seemed to be getting irritated by me offering less. Well fine my wife and I wanted the fridge so we agreed to what he was asking $1200. Well i figured since I was spending that amount of money that there would be a little flexibility as far as the delivery charge and at first there wasn't at this point I was ready to walk away from the deal but seeing that Kevin agreed to knockoff $25 and take our old fridge to our rental property. All was good and fine except on the day he delivers his helper boy called in sick and Kevin had to do everything himself and he just seemed to have an unpleasant attitude. He did everything he said he would but I just didn't get the feeling he was happy about having our business. So I would rate the last experience a two. So I sort of averaged the two and five rating and gave them a three. Conclusion: No price flexibility they do what they say they will do, although not always with a smile.

To begin with, they are incredible friendly and professional in all aspects of communication, from intake to updates to closing out the repair /purxhase. Second, they are incredibly good at what they do and they don't inflate their labor hours or over charge for parts. Finally, they are incredibly honest, which i appreciate SO much in this day and age where it seems that consumers are constantly swindled by companies. I was really grateful to Derek who kept me updated about my repair and checked in when the costs were adding up , and for his resourcefulness and willingness to help by selling me. Refurbished machine when we calculated the cost to continue tinkering with mine versus just buying one they happened to have at the store that was in great working order. I've had them work on my Delonghi Magnifica as well as my Nespresson Latissima Pro machines and I will absolutely be back again if I ever need my machines serviced in the future. 10/10 experience beginning to end.

They were so timely with service and they called me within a few hours to explain exactly what was wrong. (Cat and human hair had gotten in the motor and burned it out) . I was able to pick up the next day about 24 hours after drop off. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering they replaced the motor with a used motor he had on hand--such a relief since this Miele Salsa model are now discontinued. When I picked it up, everyone was so friendly and they took the time to show me how to check the beater bar for debris so I can keep it running smoothly. It's rare these days to get such great customer service! Even though I drove 30 minutes from Chula Vista (since there aren't any vacuum repair shops nearby), it was 100% worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future vacuum needs. They mentioned that servicing the vacuum yearly would be a good idea. Highly recommend! Thank you!
