I got a couple of bids, and theirs was the lowest, so I think the cost was reasonable. They had no problem quoting just a section of my fence, others were really more interested in doing the whole fence and I wasn't ready for that. The main thing is that NTX (Pablo) did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the cost they quoted.

He was out of town but still insisted on getting photos and providing me with 3 options and estimates. Pricing was, as before, fair and upfront.

He beat everyone's price and had the best 'get the job attitude' of all my other equal bids. Gregory's crew did a great job on the fence (8' board on board with steel post and terraced where it faces the front street. It looks so nice! The premium cedar they use is clearly superior to some of the other stuff I've seen around here. The crew was clean, polite and fast. I would strongly recommend Greggory and Landscape Investments. Actually, when we got around to building out raised beds around our trees, and flower beds we called Gregory and were able to get his crew to do that work as well at very competitive levels. I've seen his truck in the neighborhood doing more fences as good news travels fast. All of the other fences he is working on look great as well. Price mattered to me as a new homeowner, and it didn't hurt to get the best price from Landscape Investments. But the best part was working with a reasonable and ethical man. Thanks Gregory, and best wishes for you, your family and your business.

This is My husband and I have been homeowners for more than…read more40 years. Needles to say, we've had numerous interactions with contractors over time. We've had to put new roofs on. Repair roofs. Paint our home, both inside and out a few times.  We've had to repair fences. Replace fences. Hire landscapers and a pool company.  We've had 4 realtors and one exterminator.  I'm sure there have been more contractors and home services over the years, but, NEVER, and I mean NEVER, have I had such an interaction with a company that I did this week. My husband Ray and I bought our last and forever home last month in Allen, Texas. This was the first home we've owned with ally driveways. I loved this house so much I didn't allow it to be the deal-breaker I thought it would be.  Instead, we decided to put an electric gate over the driveway with an 8' fence around the backyard.  I contacted Home Advisor, a company that connects homeowners with home service contractors. After vetting numerous fencing companies and reading countless reviews, we decided to hire, Carlos Custom Fence.  Not only was Carlos Custom Fence the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The employees were courteous and polite. They returned text messages and calls promptly and once the job was complete, they cleaned up around them as if no one had ever been here. Though Carlos Custom Fence was not the least expensive, they are the very best.  I will take quality over quantity any day.  Thank you, Felix and Jose.
