Since when has a fair evaluation ever been insulting? 98% is excellent so if you want to risk 2% to be questionable aesthetically, structurally and "is this even legal" they'll probably be ok In my case that 2% is a big deal. They are extremely high priced. So with the price tag comes the expectation of awesome high end results. Not my experience.

Initially we wanted to just repair certain areas but our poor Garage siding was inexplicably damaged and sustained too much water damage from over the years of not being sealed properly that it needed to be replaced entirely. John's siding specialist, Ozman and his crew were very precise, meticulous and careful in their approach to repairing / renovating the siding. And as a result of their combined effort--our Garage siding looks brand new and immediately elevated our curb appeal. Plus, now I can sleep peacefully knowing we have a properly sealed garage which will probably outlast us! I've been trying to get two gate boards that are warped fixed since summer of 2025. They finally sent a technician a few months ago in 2026 spending 10 minutes and blaming it on "excessive rain" during a drought and leaving before fixing anything. Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence.
