I don't know why I have to use my husband's name to do this and we don't live in San Francisco, but…read morein Surprise. Anyway I have both sold things through them and made purchases over the years. My favorite thing about this store is the variety and quality of most things. Due to the sheer number of items I have found dishware more than once that with I had been looking for or one of my friends. What a great deal and how fun! I'm so glad that they didn't go out of business after Covid like so many others did. Keep up the good work. This is Gina N. from Surprise.

I love vintage jewelry so I was excited to see so so so much behind the counter but that's where it…read morestays. Stacks and stacks of trays piled on top of each other behind a glass case so not only can you NOT see what they have on the trays but the people working are so rude and dismissive and the prices on the jewelry OMGGGG there's zero way to resell because they're like "eBay prices" and they will only pull one or two items NOT TRAYS out at a time and they're staring at you while you look. It's just so uncomfortable. Literally all of their cool glassware and antique trinkets are behind locked glass so you can't pick things up and look at them, feel them all the things you want to do when treasure hunting. It's just a very uncomfortable vibe in there and everyone is grumpy and rude. I like to buy large quantities of jewelry when I can and there's just no way to do that here. Prices are outrageous. There's one nice guy he's super young and nice I think it said the shop belongs to his grandparents or something but he was pleasant on my one interaction with him. Sad because like if that was my jewelry I was consigning I would be pissed that 90% you can't see and is burried underneath tons of packed trays of jewelry so no one will ever see what they have.

This store is packed with really upscale items. We went in and a world of good, handsome basics and…read moreaccessories were right in front of us. What a treat to find things we actually wanted and needed. Prices were very inexpensive which I loved. We immediately found an ice bucket we needed for a party, and there were many other party needs to choose from. We got pretty plastic disposable dishes, which we rinsed off after the party, and will reuse. The kitchen section had good utensils and lots of dishtowels and linens. I could have spent the day there and been surprised at every turn. Alas, my husband needed to go to watch a football game so we cut it short! Good find and full of Fun. The lady who checked us out was a delight. I shall return. Mrs. Sara

I've been to this store quite a bit since it opened. I've never bought furniture from them though,…read moreand I never will again. I didn't know there was specific "way" to buy furniture here but apparently there is. I saw a bench I liked, took the ticket up to the front, and handed it to the cashier asking if someone could grab it for me. She signaled to another employee to help grab it for me. Not so bad, right? Wrong. That employee was the nastiest person I've encountered in a while. Instead of just asking me nicely where the bench was located she RUDELY said "well where is it even at?????" I told her straight up that was a rude response and it wasn't necessary. She then DOUBLED DOWN on being rude and said "well what am I supposed to do, search the entire store?!" And stormed off. I was absolutely appalled. When I asked to talk to a manager, and explained what happened, SHE LAUGHED IT OFF. She said "oh haha I'm sorry I'll talk to her though!" I don't get the feeling she talked to her. Such a weird experience. Like, do you want people spending their money there or not?
