Mrs. Theresa brought her electrician out twice to fix the unit and it would work then stopped, finally she switched it out and gave me a Maytag with knobs which I am very happy with. As I walked past her counter, I am trying to figure out which isle i needed to go to get my items, when a man (Mr. James) ask if "you needed assistance), I did not believe he was speaking to me but HE WAS! Shocked to say the least. I informed him what I needed and he took me right to the location. I told him to just point and I will find it and he refused and walked me to the isle, lol. (#Shocking). The I asked where another item could be and I again asked to point because it was not his location, HE REFUSED AGAIN and walked me to the item I needed. This occurred three times.
