We spent a Friday evening at a few different stores and we set to do the same last Saturday morning. I saw another OMF commercial and told my wife we're going there to check them out. Tim, the sales consultant was very thorough in explaining the different styles and showing us the internals of them. We settled on the orthopedic set. The mattress was delivered and I have had the best nights of sleep. No more back problems. I recommend this store. No high pressure and they allow you to take your time.

Constant popping and pain, but we didn't fall off and it was firm enough. We had a 20 year warranty and so I made one and within five minutes received a denial saying that they saw no problem with sagging and that the stain made it unsanitary, you on the BOTTOM of the mattress which no one is supposed to sleep on! I am so disappointed and will never shop at this store again! I don't blame the store employees themselves, but the warranty department! I had no idea how many unsatisfied customers complaints have been written about the same issues. I'd give them one star only because I've seen other customers who've had problems within the first two years of owning mattress and being disqualified for receiving warranty protection.
