I forgot to Check in, when my adoptive daughter brought me here on Monday…read more I've been needing a new mattress, as the bed I bought when I first moved to Mville was too firm (bought because it was part of the bedroom suite), and having to use multiple toppers, causes them to pull up. So, after noticing the Labor Day Sale here, I decided to check them out. Also, because I need more space in my bedroom, I downsized to an adjustable twin bed. Though, even with the sales price, I was shocked at how much it still was (with tax, over $2,800.00; gotta blame the tariffs)! And, I was ready to walk out the door. But, the "Sleep Expert" on duty, Khrystal,:who was very helpful, professional and friendly, asked me to wait a couple of minutes, and she'd do what she could to get the price down. Personally, I think, she went above, and beyond, in getting me the best price possible. In the end, it cost me just over $2K. An additional savings of over $800.00. :-)

Furniture purchased in Nov. 2021 was to be delivered Jan. 17, 2022, did not happen. Told by sells lady COVID delay would be Feb. 7, 2022. Today is Feb. 7, 2022 and no delivery. Called this A.M. told by another sells lady it was going to be Feb. 17, 2022. When told details she said to call back, my sells lady had stepped out for a few minutes, then told me she had gone to bank, call back in an hour. Like I said before have called 12 times with no answer. Want furniture do NOT tell me Its COVID related again. Have sales order # on paperwork along with sales person letters and number.
