He has been in the water well business since 1981 and knows his stuff. He has worked for my family, neighbors, and friends for many years. He's brilliant and fast. He did SO much in about an hour and a half yesterday it blew my mind. He also was kind enough to educate me on some care and maintenance issues that I'd not been aware of before. He has been working Burnet, Llano, and Lampasas counties for the entire time he's been in business. I would somewhat understand if I was a new customer, but for someone who has given them thousands of dollars of business in recent years, you'd think they'd at least show some concern and at least offer to have someone come out to see if it was a simple fix. Nope. 10-14 days. I found another service company that came out within 24 hours. It in fact was a simple fix--a loose connection in a junction box. They had my well back up and running in 30 minutes.
