I have a Navien boiler, which is efficient but also very sensitive and requires special training to service correctly. They clearly knew what they were doing and were well trained on this type of boiler. My boiler had several issues going on at once, and they stuck with it until they found the problem and repaired it properly. They also took the time to answer all of my questions without any annoyance, and they gave me helpful information about my plumbing and boiler so I can better understand it going forward.
