I walked in for a wax in the afternoon. Service was super quick, effective. I will most definitely be coming back!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would…read more I was excited to discover Babyface Brows because it is literally a five-minute walk from my home. As a new business in my neighborhood, I was looking forward to supporting them. I called Monday morning and spoke directly with Anna, the owner. I told her I was interested in having my brows done and possibly getting an eyelash lift. She told me that she would personally be doing the services and that she was training for the next two days. She asked me to send photos of my brows for a consultation, which I did. After reviewing my photos, I was told that my brows were currently too saturated to work over and that brow lamination was recommended instead. When I asked about pricing, I was told by text that Brow Lamination & Sculpt was $75 and a Korean Lash Lift was $120. I then received conflicting information about Anna's availability. I was told that she actually wasn't available for these services and that I would need to see another artist. This was confusing because Anna had personally told me that morning that she would be doing the services and was training for the next two days. Then I noticed that the website listed Brow Lamination & Sculpt at $95 rather than the $75 I had been quoted. I asked about the discrepancy and was told that the $75 price was a typo. I understand that mistakes happen, so I simply asked if they would honor the price I had been given. I decided to call the salon rather than continue the conversation by text. Anna answered, and her tone was completely different from our initial conversation. I calmly explained the conflicting information and asked if they would honor the original quote. Her response was: "Maybe we are not a good fit and we understand if you go somewhere else." I found that extremely disappointing. This wasn't about a $20 difference. It was about receiving conflicting information about who would perform the services, what services were actually available, and what I would be charged -- and then being made to feel like I was the problem for asking for clarification. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. I was genuinely excited to support a new local business, but this interaction left a very poor first impression. I also noticed that every review currently displayed for the business is five stars. My experience was very different. Based on my experience, I won't be returning or recommending this business.

I had a special event and I wanted to get my make up done professionally. I was concerned because in the past, when having my make up done it was just "too much." Instead of looking great the makeup was overpowering and unnatural. I had an appointment with Jenny on the afternoon of the event. Jenny was a sweetheart. She was patient, really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I had shown her photos of my dress which was helpful. I was stressed when I came for my appointment and Jenny and the other beautician's went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and at ease. My make up looked spectacular! It wasn't overdone, it was absolutely lovely and glamorous. I plan to make another appointment with Jenny to do a make up tutorial. I know I won't be able to do my own make up as flawlessly as Jenny. Still, why not learn from the best. I also plan on scheduling a facial and purchasing beauty product products. Such a great experience. Thank you Jenny and Carrie Lindsey!

I love that they have jewelry from artists around the world displayed and on sale in their shop. I appreciate that. This was my first time there and first time getting my brows and lashes done so I was nervous.. I know ppl do this all the time but I don't, honestly hadn't had my brows even waxed since senior prom and I'm well past that stage haha! So I was a lil nervous for everything to go well. She was a gem tho. Super sweet and I think her name was Jenny.. I was just planning to come back and see her again today or this week if I could lol. Which prompted this review. Hope this helps!

Elina is a total gem!…read more It's taken me a while to write this (life's been hectic!), but I couldn't let more time pass without sharing how amazing Elina is. She did an incredible job on my eyebrows--truly next-level precision and care. From the moment I walked in, Elina made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the process in detail, repeated instructions so I wouldn't forget anything, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect once I got home. Her follow-up call afterward? So thoughtful. She's not just talented--she's kind, professional, and genuinely easy to talk to. I've already referred her to several close friends, and I'll keep spreading the word. If you're thinking about booking with Elina, do it. You'll be glad you !

I highly recommend everyone to go to eluxxebeauty to get their brows professionally done. Elina made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process. I appreciate her patience and dedication. She is truly an amazing artist. I hope to see her again. The office was also beautiful and welcoming. I went with my sister and we are in love with our brows. Thank you for the snacks and drinks. We are very grateful for the experience. I feel so confident with my brows. It opened up my eyes and I see a big difference. Thank you so much!

As…read moremuch as I want to rate this place higher than a 2 (it's a cute store, staff is friendly, products are good), I can't. The problem is that the service is so hit or miss that I legitimately don't know if I'll be leaving happy or annoyed. I've had some awesome staff members; one even took extra time to show me the best way to use some of the Benefit products when I told her I was going out afterwards. Minus a few people, the staff seems to turn over on a dime, so if you DO get someone who does a good job, they're probably not going to be there next time. I've left with burns from the wax, many stray hairs, and just overall messy looking eyebrows. To charge $30 for sloppy work is really ridiculous - I go here as one of very few treats to myself, and it's frustrating to waste my money. I went last month and had the best brow wax of my life. The staff member listened to me when I requested my eyebrows be made a bit thinner (which tbh is a first. Everyone else just insists on doing what they want, not what I ask for), and I left extremely happy. That staff member wasn't on the schedule when I tried to make an appointment again, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Today I went and the service was again subpar. My brows were burning before I even left, and the person didn't listen to my request.

Anyway, after I had made the appointment and realized that they were not doing the birthday special anymore, I decided to still keep my appointment for the brow wax and another waxing service. (They do various facial waxing services and I know they also offer various body waxing options too, although I haven't gone there for that.) Yuliya was great. I have pretty thin brows that don't need much but for some reason I'm a little squeamish when it comes to doing the maintenance on my own. She cleaned them up nicely and I was going to do my own brow makeup afterwards but she offered to put it on me if I wanted so I said sure. She did a really nice job and gave me some great tips for how to apply the makeup to get an arch. We also talked skincare and cosmetics a little bit. She was incredibly gracious, friendly, and helpful. I'll definitely come back again when I need more maintenance and maybe check out the tinting services as well!
