The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

As a woman, sometimes contractors and workers give me a hard time for wanting things the way I want them. It was so refreshing to work with a woman-owned business. The general expectations for install were never communicated to us, we have never replaced flooring and didn't know they would be demoing the entire house and then installing, requiring us to vacate the home. The job took much longer than originally stated. 3. Quality of baseboards that they replaced was much lower than what we originally had installed. 4. The overall quality of the install was poor. It was clear they had no idea how to work with this newer product. Especially when it came to the stairs which they redid and it's still not right. 5. Photos included of messy filler/caulking, install spaces between joints and large spaces next to walls, creaky steps (multiple). I waited one year to review as the sales person said that "of course the steps will creak when they are new but when they settle in it won't". I feel like they are "settled" now but they still creak like crazy. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, we thought we were getting quality install and were ok with paying more but that was not the case.
